Do covid-19 testing centers and labs destroy the DNA after the test?

England had/ has? a one-time use law for DNA for a specific purpose, does the USA?

There must not be a law or else these teachers and parents wouldn't be suing over it.

With that being said, they have been breaking HIPAA and other laws with impunity since this whole thing started so even if such a law did exist they would probably just violate it anyway.

This crisis has become an excuse for petty tyrants to do whatever they want.

Now they have AI to benefit them in micromanaging every aspect of our lives. Probably still not possible but that won't stop them from trying.
