OK so technically, barring being impeached or the invocation of the 25th amendment, Trump will be President until noon on 20 Jan 2021.

However I think that it’s clear that the person in the video meant that somehow congress was going to give the election to him when it gathered on 6 Jan 2021. In that he was clearly wrong.
