I know someone posted this bill to be posted however, I can't seem to find it anyway,

Why the Rush? I do not think these Camps are meant for Us, I believe it is for The Politicans and their families to be protected as society crumbles. 6 military intalations, set aside for the Washington elite and their Families, Then Comes the Ugly, ect.ect. You get the point.SEC. 3. DESIGNATION OF MILITARY INSTALLATIONS AS NATIONAL EMERGENCY CENTERS.
(a) In General- Not later than 60 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Homeland Security, in consultation with the Secretary of Defense, shall designate not fewer than 6 military installations as sites for the establishment of national emergency centers.
