Georgia County Can’t Find Chain of Custody Records for Absentee Ballots

"Georgia’s Dekalb County does not know if it is in possession of the ballot transfer forms used to record the chain of custody for absentee ballots dropped into some 300 drop boxes around the state.

The Georgia Department of Voting, Registration and Election responded to an open records request for the transfer forms from Georgia Star by writing that “it has not yet been determined if responsive records to your request exist.”

“DeKalb County and VRE are currently operating within its COVID-19 Emergency Response Plan. These remote operations and VRE’s current workload greatly impact how soon responsive records can be provided,” the response from the department stated.

“VRE is expected to make this determination within thirty business days.”"

Alito Moves Up Deadline For Supreme Court Briefing In Pennsylvania Case, Bringing Within 'Safe Harbor' Window To Intervene

"Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito has made a critical decision which may signal that court's willingness to hear a controversial case attempting to flip Pennsylvania's 2020 election results.

Originally, Alito set a Wednesday deadline for the state to respond to GOP Rep. Mike Kelly's lawsuit alleging that a 2019 state election reform, known as Act 77, violates both the state and federal constitutions by creating a so-called "no-excuse mail-in" voting regime.

Many took the Wednesday deadline as political theater, as it would place the case outside the "safe harbor" window which requirest that controversies "concerning the appointment of all or any of the electors . . . by judicial or other methods or procedures" to be determined" at least six days before the time fixed for the meeting of the electors," according to Law & Crime.

In other words, the Tuesday deadline may signal that the Supreme Court takes Kelly's case, which was rejected by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court with prejudice last weekend."

"Georgia State Legislators are introducing a petition to call a Special Session on December 8, 2020. The session would be meant to review the election results and alleged fraud. The petition must be signed by three-fifths of the members of each house. The lawmakers must also give a copy to the secretary of state.

This comes as Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger attests, "we don't see anything that would overturn the will of the people." Nonetheless, Senator Burt Jones said "we believe we have reached the point that the results of this election are untrustworthy.

“Such pervasive disregard for election laws by our election officials requires a decisive response. It is time for our legislative body to do its job," he continued. "

Someone needs to tell Sec of State Brad R. that it is NOT overturning the will of the people if the will of the people was stolen through fraud. The whole point of uncovering fraud is to fine the honest outcome, not a rigged one.

I've mostly been posting on FB lately. Here's my post this morning:

President Trump has won 232 Electoral Votes with no challenges to these. Either candidate needs 270 EV to win. I PREDICT based on the strength of the evidence that I've seen and studied, that after accurate vote-counts are obtained in Arizona (11EV) and Georgia (16EV) and Michigan (16EV) = 43 EV, Trump will gain 43 + 232 = 275 EV for the win.
GA (16EV= Electoral Votes). Biden leads by only 12,284. There is VIDEO evidence for illegal ballot-counting from midnight to 4 am, with no GOP poll-watchers present in the State Farm Arena in Atlanta - which is contrary to GA law. If you haven't seen this evidence - check it out! This is solid. Also, voter signature requirement is being applied.
AZ (11EV). Biden leads by only 11K votes, A written testimony delineates and testifies of a 35K fake-ballot dump in Pima county for Democrat-party candidates, this along with irregularities in Maricopa county.
MI (16EV). Biden leads by 153K. A Judge has ruled in favor of Trump-team's request for forensic testing of about 20 Dominion counting machines in Michigan. Results expected early this week. Further, there were two highly anomalous vote-dump spikes (as analyzed in my paper, relevant page provided below) AND witnesses of illegalities during the vote-counting in Detroit, I predict that an accurate count will show that Trump wins.
Also possible, each with significant court challenges by the Trump legal team:
PA 20 EV, 81K Biden lead
NV 6 EV, 33K Biden lead
WI 10 EV, 20K Biden lead

Thank you for linking this article. I have been sharing it, however the posts on By Common Consent and also Wheat and Tares about the election have closed their comments. Both sites have touted the astronomical number of votes going to Biden, and even said if there was some cheating, it would never amount to enough to give the win to Orange Man. Their hatred for Trump has closed their minds.
