Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost asks U.S. Supreme Court to overturn ruling that extended deadline for absentee ballots in Pennsylvania

"COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost has asked the U.S Supreme Court to overturn a ruling from Pennsylvania’s Supreme Court that ordered elections officials there to continue accepting absentee ballots that arrived within three days following Election Day.

In a Monday filing, state attorneys said U.S. Supreme Court justices should overturn the Pennsylvania Supreme Court’s decision, arguing “state legislatures, not state courts, set the rules for picking presidential electors.” At least, the filing says, the U.S. Supreme Court should weigh in on whether the Pennsylvania court’s ruling was proper."

Whistleblower Saw People in Biden Van Opening, Filling, and Sealing Nevada Ballots, Trump Campaign Claims

"The Trump campaign on Sunday described a sworn affidavit from a whistleblower in Nevada who alleges to have witnessed people inside a Biden-Harris van opening, filling out, and resealing mail ballots.

The whistleblower, who the campaign did not identify, witnessed the alleged incident while on lunch break. He said the people inside the van were using letter openers to open the ballot envelopes. Once the people became aware they were being watched, they formed a human shield around the van to purportedly cover up the activity.

The Biden campaign did not respond to a request for comment."

Aside from high-level cheating, there was a lot of local cheating by low-level DNC/leftist operatives that were involved in the ballot-counting process. A lot of it wasn't even coordinated, but spontaneously occurred with opportunity.

A good chunk of our country is not suited for freedom, anymore. With their garbage diet of TV and crap like Cardi B being mainstreamed, these people are devolved creatures and they are accelerating downward. You should listen to 100%-Fed-Up's report on being a GOP election monitor in Detroit. If you've ever been around severely-darkened minds, you'll have no problem believing what she's telling here:

McConnell Backs Trump In Push For Recounts, Says Shouldn't Accept Election Results "From The Media"

"Sen. McConnell said Monday that Trump has every right not to accept the final results based on little more than media reports, and that President Trump is within his right to request vote recounts and file legal challenges to address irregularities, he said in opening floor comments.

The Kentucky Republican, who fended off a well-financed Democratic challenger, added, with perhaps a touch of sarcasm, that last week’s election "appears to have been free from meaningful foreign interference".

Earlier, McConnell said before the vote that "all legal ballots must be counted, all illegal ballots should not be counted,” and McConnell said again Monday on the Senate floor that "the process must be transparent.""

A 2nd U.S. Postal Service Worker in PA Comes Forward to Accuse Supervisors of Backdating Late Ballots to Nov.3

"A second U.S. Postal Service worker in Pennsylvania has come forward to blow the whistle on the backdating shenanigans of his Trump-hating supervisors.

On Thursday, a whistleblower from a U.S. post office in Erie, PA told James O’Keefe, the founder of Project Veritas, that his supervisor has demanded that all late ballots be postmarked for Nov. 3, Election Day.

Now, a whistleblower from Coraopolis, PA, has told O’Keefe that his leadership ordered all late ballots to be separated and potentially postmarked for Nov. 3.

He said that when he clocked in on Wednesday, the 4th, “the postmaster told us that if we were to find any ballots on our routes that day, we were to collect them, keep them separate in a hod, which is what we call our plastic bins, bring them back, and then we would put them in another hod, and then they would send them to be counted.”"

I got an amazing email from a good friend in Sweden. We do engineering work on the same chips. I had told him what had happened here with the election and he knows all about it:
I have "known" for many months that the Democrats will rig the election and it will seem like they won. This is all part of Gods plan. In order for the people to swing all the way to the other side, the "moral", "good" and "perfect" left needs to be caught with the hands in the jar and the fraud be exposed to the whole world. That could not happen if Trump won by a landslide. If he won by a landslide the corrupt and evil left could still work in hidden places to corrupt the nation. Now it all has to come up in the light and the supreme court will decide (mostly christian republicans) There will be jail time for many well known politicians and celebrities in the time ahead. They are all corrupt and are friends in satans service. The Democratic party will evaporate from the surface of the earth and Trump will win a second term.

I have heard this from many different prophets for months and they all agree on the details even though they are not acquaintances. It all lines up with Gods word as well. But of course I can not know this for sure, but I really believe this to be true. If this does not happen, we will be on a rocky rode and we better be prepared for worse times.

Oregon elections director fired after he details problems

"SALEM, Ore. (AP) - Oregon’s elections director was abruptly fired in a text message by the secretary of state after he pointed out serious issues with the state’s aging and vulnerable technology for running elections.

Elections Director Stephen Trout learned in a text message Thursday night - as his department and county elections officials were still counting votes from the Nov. 3 election - that he was out.

On Friday, Secretary of State Bev Clarno, a Republican appointed to the position by Democratic Gov. Kate Brown, announced to county clerks and other elections officials in Oregon’s 36 counties that “today is also Steve Trout’s last day with the Agency.”"

Missouri attorney general backing GOP lawsuit challenging Pennsylvania mail-in ballots

"Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt will sign a court brief with other Republican attorneys general arguing in favor of a GOP lawsuit challenging mail-in ballots before the U.S. Supreme Court, a spokesman said Sunday.

The lawsuit by the Pennsylvania Republican Party protests the state Supreme Court’s decision to allow mail-in ballots three additional days to arrive, arguing the extension violates federal law and the U.S. Constitution. The U.S. Supreme Court already turned away one GOP bid to quickly block the extension before the election, but the GOP has petitioned for a second review.

A spokesman for Schmitt’s office on Sunday confirmed the attorney general has joined the Republican Association of Attorneys General in filing an amicus brief, or legal argument that can be filed by someone who isn’t a party in the case, but has an interest in the outcome. Schmitt’s spokesman would not release more details."

10 GOP-led states back Trump’s legal drive to challenge election

"A coalition of Republican attorneys general filed an amicus brief at the U.S. Supreme Court urging the justices to formally take up and resolve a dispute from Pennsylvania over a ruling that the state’s Supreme Court issued in September granting three extra days for the receipt of mail-in ballots cast in last Tuesday’s election.

The 10 attorneys general aligned their states with arguments from Trump’s presidential campaign, the Pennsylvania Republican Party and a pair of GOP state legislative leaders that the Pennsylvania Supreme Court’s decision usurped powers that the Constitution reserves for state legislatures.

“The power is specifically granted to state legislatures to direct time, place and manner [and] frameworks for their state’s election,” Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt, who led the brief, said at a news conference on Monday. The Pennsylvania state Supreme Court “overstepped their bounds and encroached on the legislature’s authority,” he added."

Actual Supreme Court filing from today: https://www.supremecourt.gov/DocketPDF/ ... Tables.pdf

BRIEF OF THE STATE OF MISSOURI
AND NINE OTHER STATES AS AMICI CURIAE IN SUPPORT OF PETITIONERS

STATEMENT OF INTEREST OF AMICI CURIAE AND SUMMARY OF ARGUMENT
The Pennsylvania Supreme Court’s decision overstepped its constitutional responsibility, encroached on the authority of the Pennsylvania legislature, and violated the plain language of the Election Clauses. See U.S. CONST. art. I, § 4, cl. 2; id. art. II, § 1, cl. 4. Worse still, the decision exacerbated the risk of mail-in ballot fraud by permitting mail-in ballots that are not postmarked or have no legible postmark to be received and counted several days after the election. The decision provided a window of time after Election Day, when the preliminary results were announced, in which unscrupulous actors could attempt to influence a close Presidential election in Pennsylvania and elsewhere. And it enhanced the opportunities for fraud by requiring boards of elections to count late-received ballots even if there is no evidence that those ballots were cast before Election Day, because they have no legible postmark.
Amici are the States of Missouri, Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, South Carolina, South Dakota, and Texas. Amici have at least two compelling interests in the outcome of this case. First, the States have a strong interest in safeguarding the separation of powers among state actors in the regulation of Presidential elections. The U.S. Constitution’s Election Clauses reflect a carefully calibrated balance of power among state actors, and they assign specific functions to the “Legislature thereof” in each State. Id. Our system of federalism relies on separation of powers to preserve liberty at every level of government, and the separation of powers in the Election Clauses is no exception to this principle. The States thus have a strong interest in
2
preserving the proper roles of state legislatures and state courts in the administration of federal elections, and thus safeguarding the individual liberty of their citizens.
Second, States outside Pennsylvania have a strong interest in preventing the effective invalidation of their own voters’ choices through illegal voting in Pennsylvania. This Court has long recognized that “in the context of a Presidential election,” “the impact of the votes cast in each State is affected by the votes cast for the various candidates in other States.” An- derson v. Celebrezze, 460 U.S. 780, 794–95 (1983). “For the President and the Vice President of the United States are the only elected officials who represent all the voters in the Nation.” Id.
The decision below raises two concerns about illegal voting. First, ballots cast outside the clear and unambiguous rules established by the Pennsylvania legislature are illegal. Second, by exacerbating the risks of fraud, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court’s decision raises the specter of late voting that is not just illegal, but outright fraudulent. As this Court has stated: “Every voter” in a federal election, “whether he votes for a candidate with little chance of winning or for one with little chance of losing, has a right under the Constitution to have his vote fairly counted, without its being distorted by fraudulently cast votes.” Anderson v. United States, 417 U.S. 211, 227 (1974). Regardless of the election’s outcome, only legal ballots should be counted.
As with other separation-of-powers provisions in the Constitution, the Election Clauses’ explicit allocation of authority to state legislatures to regulate federal elections is a structural check on governmental power that preserves liberty.

3
Encroachment on this authority by another state actor undermines the specific design for separation of powers in the Constitution. The violation of separation of powers in this case threatens the liberty of all Americans, not just Pennsylvanians. And it diminishes one of their most precious liberties—the right to vote for President of the United States.1

Trump campaign picks Rep. Doug Collins to lead Georgia recount team

"ATLANTA (AP) — A Republican congressman will lead a Georgia recount team for President Donald Trump’s campaign, as the president continues to make unsubstantiated accusations of large scale voter fraud.

U.S. Rep. Doug Collins, who gave up his seat and then came up short in his attempt to reach a Jan. 5 Senate runoff, was tapped Sunday to lead the recount team in Georgia, a campaign news release said.

Collins said in the statement that the Trump campaign is “confident” the recounting group will “find evidence of improperly harvested ballots and other irregularities.”"

"Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel sent a ‘cease and desist’ letter to Big League Politics about their exclusive content #DetroitLeaks that outlined poll worker training wherein workers were bragging about committing voter fraud in a variety of different ways.

The intrepid reporter who broke this story, Shane Trejo, was also one who was a witness for the voter fraud in Detroit. Trejo says he considers this “witness intimidation” and is fearful that it will be used as pretext for some criminal actions."

Biden's Lead in Arizona Shrinks

"An update to the Arizona vote count posted the evening of Monday, Nov. 9, shows the gap between the two presidential candidates shrink even more.

Overall, Joe Biden now leads in the state by 14,746 votes, down from 16,952 votes on Sunday afternoon. This puts President Trump within about half of a percentage point from Biden with approximately 61,500 ballots left to be counted."
