Donald Trump was right. He won this election "bigly".

Without the fraud, it appears that he won WI, MI, and PA going away. Because of this margin, the cheating that is being done is difficult to hide. From a statistical standpoint, what is happening in WI, MI, and PA isn't really possible.

But it is beginning to become evident that this was planned all along. When Biden comes out election night and calmly says to be patient and that once everything is counted I am sure I'll win, he is revealing he is in on it.

If I were a candidate that was almost universally predicted to win by a landslide, and I saw that not only was I losing but that I was losing in a landslide, I would probably be a bit concerned. If I knew that my presidency relied upon 90% turnout in states that historically had never had over 67% and that all of that extra turnout had to go to me in 5 to 1 ratio in a state that I was losing, I might be a bit concerned. I mean, this is absolute disaster territory.

But there was no concern. Just a calm request for patience until he had won. Biden knew he was going to win because he knew the fix was in. When he referred to GA and said that they got an extra one they didn't expect, he was honest.. The fix wasn't in there and it wasn't part of their plans. He didn't campaign hard because he knew the fix was in.

The big miscalculation here is that they didn't realize Trump would win by as large of a margin as he did. The result is that the amount of cheating they had to do in just a few precincts became statistically evident.

Biden will win the presidency, because there really isn't anything that can be done once the cheating has occurred. But he will be considered illegitimate by more than just republicans. Unlike the accusations against Trump, there won't be any reasonable way to deny that Biden won due to fraud.

The dems in wisconsin worked to pull the Green Party off the ballot over a ridiculous technicality (the VP candidate didn't update her address on the form with all the signatures they'd collected, even though the form didn't even require her to list an address). They did the same thing in PA to pull the greens off the ballot.

This is the issue. You can't make a legal case on generic accusations or on statistical anomalies. You have to show specific cases of it occurring.

So most successful legal action will be on the grounds that law is not being followed. But even if you show that there is most likely fraud going on, unless you have a way of identifying the fraudulent ballots you have no case.

As i said earlier, from a statistical standpoint I don't think there is any doubt fraud is going on. But once the ballots are separated from their security envelopes, there is very little that can be done about it. Biden will most likely be our next president and it is most likely due to fraud, and there is really nothing that can be done about it from a legal standpoint.

In Georgia, where Trump/GOP filed a petition to stop counting votes received after 7pm on election night, which asserted that a whole bunch of ballots should be tossed because Georgia election officials had been improperly commingling late and on-time ballots in storage.

Unfortunately, however, they failed to present evidence to support their allegations regarding either improper storage of ballots or late-arriving ballots being counted, despite putting two witnesses on the stand.

With nothing to work with, fact-wise, the court shrugged and immediately dismissed the petition.

In Michigan, a tough loss for Trump/GOP, as "I heard someone else say something" is deemed insufficient evidence (i.e., inadmissible hearsay (i.e., non-evidence)) to justify stopping the ballot count until Trump's election observers have a better view of the counting process. Granted, this was a Democrat judge, who channeled 2016 campaign trail Obama (or 2020 campaign trail Biden) by exclaiming, "Come on, now!"

Seems odd that they wouldn't serve themselves up a nice Senate majority while they're at it. The White House doesn't get them much, they need Congress to do anything, especially with the current SCOTUS alignment.

Biden's administration will be feckless, and progressives will blame him for it. They'll lose even more ground in the midterms this way. They needed to steal Congress, too, so they could make PR and DC states and really consolidate power.
