Hmmm, where have I been hearing this before(part of a conservative warning on fraud and uncounted ballets)? Now U.S. Post Office confirms some of this.
WASHINGTON (AP) — The U.S. Postal Service is warning states coast to coast that it cannot guarantee all ballots cast by mail for the November election will arrive in time to be counted, even if mailed by state deadlines, raising the possibility that millions of voters could be disenfranchised.

I have a feeling ballots from rural areas will be the ones most likely to turn up missing. I also have a feeling a lot of Biden/Harris ballots are destined to miraculously turn up if Trump wins.

I was told that Trump made it illegal for postal workers to work overtime, thus causing this problem. I was also told today that (Pelosi?) made (congress?) reconvene (they had gone on vacation) to see if they would repeal this law that is making it impossible for all mail-in ballots to reach their destination on time.

“Nationally the number of collection boxes declined by more than 12,000 in the past five years,” an August 2016 report said. “Some customers have complained the Postal Service has gone too far and removed most collection boxes, except those at the Post Office. In addition, they have questioned whether any cost savings result from collection box removals.”
