I'm looking for the statement issued by the 1st Presidency after Thomas S. Monson became the President of the church about getting our personal finances in order. If my memmory is correct, it was the first official statement released under the new leadership and was within the first couple of weeks. Can anyone point me to it?

I also seem to remember that, I tried the links in the previous post and couldn't get them to work. Does anyone know a place to find old 1st Presidency letters?
