Interesting that I read the above linked article just before seeing your post. I take Mike Adams with a grain of salt... I use him for base information and then delve in deeper, researching what I can find on my own. Mike hits on many of the nagging thoughts that have been bouncing around my thoughts of late. If his hypothesis is correct, we are in deep pooh.

Religious Exemptions
I thought it good to repost this offer. As we are all aware, the LDS Church Inc. is fully supportive of forced vaccinations, will deny any requests for an endorsements for vaccine exemptions, and will discipline any leaders who are caught offering such endorsements. The reasons for this position can be speculated upon, but this is the current reality.
Of course, the LDS Church does not dictate the totality of the religious beliefs for all of its members (nor do they wish to, purportedly). There is no reason why a member could not disagree in this matter while still remaining a faithful member in good standing. There will doubtless be those who disagree here as well - but no matter, this post is not for them. This post is for those who find themselves in a very difficult position of disagreeing with the LDS Church Inc. on the issue of forced vaccination.
For those people, the Zarahema Foundation (ZF) is willing to offer endorsements for applications for religious exemptions to forced vaccinations. There are plenty of scriptural reasons to hold legitimate religious beliefs that oppose such policies. Ecclesiastical endorsements are not required by every employer or school, but there are some schools and employers that are asking. The Zarahemla Foundation is a legitimately recognized organization by the state of Utah, but there is no formal process for membership. You must be baptized to be a member, but the ZF does not perform or track its own baptisms (you may have been baptized previously in any other church LDS, RLDS, FLDS, etc.). There are no dues, tithing, or donations required. Membership is based upon voluntary association. If you are interested, send me an email at:
