God has a beard, Jesus has a beard. You know who doesn't have a beard? Lucifer! (source: that Temple video starring Michael Ballam.)

Tour guide at BYU: And over here we have a same sex couple making out.

Parent: It wasn’t like that when I went here.

Child: Dad your embarrassing me.

Tour guide: We still ban beards though.

Parent: Alright then my child can go here.

So same-sex dating is now allowed at BYU.

Looks like the full embrace of homosexuality in the church is just around the corner.

It seems that the standards (supposedly) haven't changed. However, the BYU honor code office is now free to treat homosexuality "on a case-by-case basis". So whether or not gay dating is okay will depend on who is hired to staff the honor code office any particular year.

The church leadership have granted BYU a very long leash and we'll see what they do with it.

God gives out beards as well. At least he gave me one.

Or, as you see in my avatar ... whiskers.

The science of human behavior seems to be more about opinion than research. More about circumstance than intelligence - note that the scientific definition of intelligence is the ability to learn and modify behavior.
