President Trump acted in the best interests of the American people Thursday when he signed an executive order to bolster and protect the rights of students to pray and discuss God in their schools.
The order champions and reinforces the freedom of religion guaranteed to us in the Constitution as one of our most important rights.

How sweet it is to actually have a president who is not a Marxist. For example ...For the next several hours, they discussed Marxism.
“He was arguing a straightforward Marxist-Leninist class-struggle point of view, which anticipated that there would be a revolution of the working class, led by revolutionaries, who would overthrow the capitalist system and institute a new socialist government that would redistribute the wealth,” says Drew, who says he himself was then a Marxist

The thread title is a bit misleading here. Trump did not reinstate school sponsored pryayer as was once practiced but reenforced the existing law which permits student religious expression in public schools.
On of the cases he cited was that of a Catholic Utah boy forced by his teacher to remove the ash cross from his flathead on Ash Wednesday.
NPR has a somewhat better story here:

While I almost never agree with Trump I do agree with him here. I would not want to have school sponsored prayer however.
In Australia, they have chaplains in public schools and I think this is an idea that has real merit.chaplains are found in situations where people are not able to just ge up and leave to attend to matters of faith such as in the military, hospitals and even scout camps. Schools children are in the same sort of situation. Chaplains differ from traditional clergymen as they ar trains in the religious proactive of many faiths and are not to promote their own over others. (I was trained as a chaplain .)

My daughter's best friend is Muslim, she has just as much right to pray in school as my daughter. That includes Satanist or whatever they call themselves, but that will never happen.

That is what I gathered from that meme.
