I never understood this before. It looks like when a man solves a problem, he releases testosterone, which helps him relax.
When a woman is stressed, it inhibits oxytocin, and she loses half her energy so she can't solve any problems! So, the key for a woman to be productive, is to create an environment of low stress, which increases oxytocin, so she can have high energy levels so she can be productive in her environment.
