Re: News about Chad Daybell
Thank you for posting this. Excellent summary and I think they've got it right. It is a many headed hydra and this mess needs to be dealt with by church leaders in some of the areas (like Utah country, Rexburg Idaho and likely Gilbert Arizona and other places) where there are larger pockets of people who support these groups. Preparing a People needs to be looked at, they promote these people. Energy healing needs to be called out more. The doomsday people at AVOW need to be called out. Some of these 'doctrines' they are pushing need to be called out. This is a problem that shouldn't be ignored, but it mostly affects areas in Utah, Idaho, Arizona. Hopefully the Chad Daybell Lori Vallow story will bring it to light and to the attention of church leaders.gkearney wrote: ↑January 21st, 2020, 8:23 pm Here is a post that tries to tie all the various parties to all of this together:

Four people have been missing for over two months. I wouldn't describe that as going nowhere, but rather that the mystery of what happened to the kids, and where are Chad and Lori is only growing more sinister. It's very hard to disappear these days. The East Wind wrote: ↑January 24th, 2020, 10:28 pm It seems this story is going nowhere. I would bet money nothing comes of this.
I wouldn't be surprised if the autopsy results are not being published, so that anyone helping Chad and Lori isn't forewarned.

Im sure LE knows where they are...they just can't act on it until warrants are issued. at the very least, once a judge gives green light....they could locate them in no time.Lizzy60 wrote: ↑January 24th, 2020, 10:54 pmFour people have been missing for over two months. I keep up on this at websleuths. Something will come of this, because there's new info every so often, more bits of info come out regularly. The children are still missing. Chad and Lori are still hiding. Lizzy could be right, they may know where the parents are, but are not moving against them because they want to find the children. Even the autopsy won't help.find the kids, I think they are waiting and watching. Finding the children is number one concern. The East Wind wrote: ↑January 24th, 2020, 10:28 pm It seems this story is going nowhere. I would bet money nothing comes of this.

Re: News about Chad Daybell
Here's how to locate the body cam footage of the Chandler police "interviewing" Lori and Tylee, minutes after Lori's husband, Charles, was murdered inside their house. Note Lori's grins, smirks, and mutual flirting with the officer. The police are assuming Alex was telling the truth about him shooting Charles - but I have not been able to locate anything stating that the police tested anyone's hands for gunshot residue, so no one knows who actually pulled the trigger. What we do know is that there were 5 people in the house that morning - 2 of them are confirmed dead (Charles and Alex), and the other 3 are missing (Lori, and two minor children, Tylee, 17, and JJ, 7).
On Facebook, look up - "Justin Lum Fox 10 Phoenix" - then scroll to the video "LORI VALLOW ON BODY CAM"
Combining this video with the body cam video of the officer walking through the crime scene (also found on Lum's FB page) - some questions are raised. Lori sure seems calm, cool, and collected for someone whose husband had just been murdered by her brother a few minutes earlier. Her facial expressions and body language tell an interesting story, IMO. Also, why did she leave the house (the scene of a major crime)? She says it was to take JJ to school. Because I know if my husband had just been shot dead, I'd leave to take my kid to school. And why did she leave in her now-dead husband's rental car when her own vehicle was parked right there at the house? Did she rifle through his pockets for the keys as he laid on the floor dead? Where is all the blood around the scene of the shooting? A 45 was used - I would think that would leave decent sized wounds with blood around the scene. Why are none of the many huge mirrors that line the walls broken in the room where 4 bullets were fired (two hit Charles; not sure where the other two went) and where, according to Alex, Charles was flinging a baseball bat around? I suppose it's possible that the walls of glass were miraculously missed by all the bullets and baseball bat. The scene looks pristine. Why was the gun found in Tylee's bedroom after the shooting? Who put it there and why? So many more questions, but that's enough for now.

Re: News about Chad Daybell
This is a curious statement by the Rexburg PD. It would indicate several things -
- they know the kids are not with Lori and Chad.
- they believe Lori knows where the kids are, or what has happened to them (in other words, they do not believe some random person kidnapped or harmed the kids).
- they claim to know that Lori and Chad have left the state, i.e. that they are not in Idaho.
I'd be curious to know how they know these things. It seems clear by their own statement that the police know where Lori and Chad are, but my guess is they are waiting for the autopsy results of Chad's wife, Tammy, before doing anything else (making a move toward Lori and Chad). If there was ever a time to expedite getting autopsy results, this would be one of them.
https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/nat ... 781828001/
"We know that the children are not with Lori and Chad Daybell, and we also have information indicating that Lori knows either the location of the children or what has happened to them," the police statement says. "It is astonishing that rather than work with law enforcement to help us locate her own children, Lori Vallow has chosen instead to leave the state with her new husband."

At first, 49-year-old Tammy Daybell’s death was chalked up to natural causes.
After she was found dead in her Idaho home last October, Tammy’s obituary said that she “passed away peacefully in her sleep.” But when Chad, 51, quickly remarried and went on the run with his new wife, authorities soon came to see her death as potentially suspicious. On Friday, amid an investigation into two missing children and allegations that Chad belonged to a fringe, cultlike religious group, the FBI and local law enforcement agencies raided the family’s former home. According to the East Idaho News, they were looking for any potential forensic evidence that could help to explain Tammy’s death.
The investigation into Chad and his new wife, 46-year-old Lori Daybell, who are wanted for questioning about the children’s disappearance but have not been charged with a crime, began Nov. 26. [This is confusing. If the Rexburg PD know where they are, and there's every indication that they do, given their public statement that I posted in a previous comment above - and if Lori and Chad are wanted for questioning - why don't they go get them and question them??]
According to police in Rexburg, Idaho, Lori’s extended family had grown concerned that they hadn’t been able to speak to her 7-year-old son, Joshua, since September. Two days before Thanksgiving, they asked for a welfare check, noting that the boy had special needs.
When police showed up at the beige townhouse, the couple told them Joshua was staying with a family friend in Arizona. It didn’t take long for investigators to find out that wasn’t true. But when they showed up the next day with a search warrant, Lori and Chad were gone.
Authorities soon learned that Joshua “J.J.” Vallow had left his elementary school in September and never returned. His sister, 17-year-old Tylee Ryan, had disappeared around the same time. Neither had been reported missing. Meanwhile, the Fremont County Sheriff’s Office started to question whether Tammy died a natural death, noting that Chad and Lori had married roughly two weeks later. In a December statement, officials announced that her body had been exhumed so that a complete autopsy could take place.
“Those are the two pieces of this,” Fremont County Sheriff Len Humphries told Fox 13 in Salt Lake City. “And how they’re related we’re not quite sure, but we do believe they are related.”
As it turned out, Lori had a complicated backstory of her own. Joseph Ryan, Tylee’s father, died of a heart attack in 2018 [And Lori had him cremated immediately...], the Rexburg Standard Journal reported. At some point — it’s not clear when — Lori married Charles Vallow. But by February 2019, they had become estranged, and Vallow told a divorce court judge that Lori believed she was a reincarnated deity, sent to Earth to prepare people for Jesus’ second coming.
Lori was convinced she was eternally married to the Mormon prophet Moroni, Vallow’s attorney wrote in court filings recently unearthed by Fox 10 Phoenix, and also the grandmother of Mormon founder Joseph Smith. If he stood in the way of her divine mission, “she would murder him.”
Just five months later, in July 2019, Lori’s brother, Alex Cox, shot and killed Vallow in a Chandler, Ariz., dispute that is still under investigation. According to Fox 10 in Phoenix, Cox said that he intervened in an argument between the estranged couple, and Vallow hit him in the head with a baseball bat. Cox had shot the man in self-defense, he claimed. Then, on Dec. 12, Cox himself died of unknown causes.
Another relative soon came forward with a story of his own. Brandon Boudreaux had been married to Lori’s niece until last summer, when she abruptly asked for a divorce. Boudreaux attributed the split to the fact that his wife had started spending more time with Lori and other members of the radical religious group to which Lori belonged. “I thought I had a happy marriage, so it was pretty overwhelming,” he told the Arizona Republic.
On Oct. 2, the Republic reported, Boudreaux was driving home from the gym when someone shot at him. The bullet shattered the window of his car, missing his head by mere inches. In what Boudreaux believes is more than just an eerie coincidence, the car he had been driving was registered to Vallow.
Before they married, Lori and Chad appeared together on podcasts distributed by Preparing A People, a media company which touts the tagline, “Helping to prepare the people of this Earth for the second coming of Jesus Christ.” The company has since denied being a cult and distanced itself from the couple, deleting the podcasts in question and saying in a December statement that it was “shocked” and “deeply disturbed” to learn of the investigation.
“We also do not share any of Chad Daybell’s or Lori Vallow’s beliefs if they are contrary to Christian principles of honesty, integrity and truth, or if they do not align with the doctrines of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints,” owners Michael and Nancy James wrote.
Some family members are skeptical. “I don’t want to attack anyone’s beliefs … but when you look at the fruit that’s come from this group and its beliefs … it certainly, from my mind, doesn’t come from God,” Boudreaux told the East Idaho News.
Tylee and Joshua are still missing, and it’s unclear if they are alive. Last week, police said they were certain Lori knew what happened to them, but she had left Idaho with her new husband and “refused to work with law enforcement.” She also reportedly told people that her daughter had died.
“Our primary concern at this point is simply locating Joshua and Tylee and charging decisions will be made in due course based upon the evidence available,” the statement said. “If we find that harm was done to these children within our jurisdiction, we will prosecute whoever caused that harm.”
Tammy Daybell’s relatives are equally eager to learn the truth and have said that she seemed to be healthy and was in good spirits two weeks before her death. Some have expressed suspicion about a call she made to 911 in the days before her death, saying that a man was pointing what appeared to be a paintball gun at her.
“We speculate like everybody else,” her father, Ron Douglas, told Fox 13. “It’s hard to know that we lost our daughter and that our son-in-law of 30 years has stepped into this mess. We don’t know. We’d like to hope for the best. Every time you peel a layer off the onion it makes you scratch your head.”

Statement from the Rexburg PD from the above article -

VALLOW and Chad DAYBELL who are wanted for questioning in connection with the disappearance of Vallow’s children; Joshua Vallow and Tylee Ryan. Vallow and Daybell were recently married and she may now be using his last name.

Re: News about Chad Daybell
I've watched the body cam videos, I thought the same thing, lori seems unconcerned about her husbands death, killed by her brother. She seems apathetic and tylee seems similar. I wonder why police didn’t get bad vibes from their demeanor, to just write it off as self defense. I wonder if they even looked at alex to see if he had any injuries from supposedly getting attacked by Charles. And Charles body looks like alex came around the corner and shot him. Lori drives his son to school, knowing his father just was killed by his uncle? She seems cool and collected.EmmaLee wrote: ↑January 25th, 2020, 12:49 pm Here's how to locate the body cam footage of the Chandler police "interviewing" Lori and Tylee, minutes after Lori's husband, Charles, was murdered inside their house. I still have some hope for a good outcome here. I can't even begin to speculate what all this means, but my heart's desire is for the kids to be ok, and for that to be confirmed. I sincerely hope no one's death was anything other than accidental or health related.

Me thinks Chad Daybell is trying to get clicks and this is much ado about nothing. The kids are probably safe somewhere and the deaths although strange had nothing to do with them. His book sales will get a huge boost from this.Summerwind wrote: ↑January 26th, 2020, 7:44 pm I still have some hope for a good outcome here. I can't even begin to speculate what all this means, but my heart's desire is for the kids to be ok, and for that to be confirmed. I sincerely hope no one's death was anything other than accidental or health related.

It's possible, considering they haven't been arrested or charged with a crime. It will be interesting to see how all of this concludes.

HMMM! I was right! First time ever though.jmack wrote: ↑January 16th, 2020, 11:57 amI have to disagree, since 911, it's hard to travel on fake papers unless you are a criminal or undercover govt.employee, I seriously doubt chad or Lori would be able to scam homeland security tsa protocols. Sure there are ways to travel on water, but doubtful chad and lori have access to what they'd need. I think they are here still, but beginning to think they could commit suicide if the children are dead.tdj wrote: ↑January 15th, 2020, 3:08 pmNot that hard to get a fake i.d. Then boarding a plane unnotices would be easy. Also is the traveling by ship route, which in this day and age of air travel, has been all but forgotten.

Julie Rowe was right, they are in Hawaii. So, did Julie know that because it was 1) a lucky guess? 2) she had insider information? 3) or it was "revealed" to her? Hmmm.

LOL, I'll put my money on 1 or 2.The Creator wrote: ↑January 26th, 2020, 10:09 pmJulie Rowe was right, they are in Hawaii. So, did Julie know that because it was 1) a lucky guess? 2) she had insider information? 3) or it was "revealed" to her? Hmmm.
Main questions still remaining - where are those two kids, and what did Tammy Daybell and Alex Cox die of?

JUST IN: I’ve reached out to KPD multiple times asking if the department was helping Rexburg PD. Finally, we got confirmation tonight as Kauai Police tells us Lori and Chad Daybell have been staying on Kauai for an “unconfirmed period of time.” Kauai PD says there are no local charges or warrants for arrest at this time.
The KPD Chief hopes JJ and Tylee “have a safe return.”

Indeed it will. What a couple. Thanks for posting this video, B. Watching them made my skin crawl, TBH. Wish someone would just wipe that constant smirk off her face - same smirk as when she was being "interviewed" by the Chandler PD just minutes after her husband had been shot to death in her house. The Creator wrote: ↑January 26th, 2020, 10:04 pm It will be interesting to see how all of this concludes.
By the comments from the Rexburg PD that I posted earlier, it seemed clear that they have known for at least a couple of weeks that the kids were not with them, which of course, indicates they also knew where Chad and Lori were. And according to newscasts in Idaho and Utah, the police have been monitoring them for a couple of weeks now. I wonder why they waited to execute the search warrant, etc. A friend of either Chad's or Lori's saw them at an urgent care in Hawaii awhile ago, so it's likely the police followed up with that tip and have known they were there at least since then.
Anyway, hopefully, the police will keep eyes on them at all times - otherwise, they'll just leave and go hide in some other swanky, expensive resort somewhere - and still no info on the two missing kids. Lori has 5 days to give proof to a judge in Rexburg of where the kids are, or proof that they are safe, so we'll see what comes of that.

BREAKING: The Madison County Prosecutor’s Office (Rexburg, ID) just sent me this press release. It confirms a child protection action has been filed on behalf of Tylee Ryan and JJ Vallow. The order requires their mother Lori Vallow to produce the missing kids to the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare within five days of being served this order. Kauai Police served the order to Lori on 1/25/20 in Princeville, HI. Prosecutors say there is no evidence Tylee and JJ were with the newlywed couple in Princeville or at the Kauai Beach Resort where a search warrant on the Daybell car was served. Failure to comply with the order may subject Lori to civil or criminal contempt of court.

Julie was half right. She said they were on lanai and the children were with them. I bet they left for Hawaii right after they skipped town in Rexburg. I assume the police knew they'd gone there wo the children and were surveilling. I bet lori is the driving force since they hid in kauai. The Creator wrote: ↑January 26th, 2020, 10:09 pmJulie Rowe was right, they are in Hawaii.
