I guess I should introduce myself. I have been reading the forum for quite some time and just recently joined. I have always been able to see how the world works through all the smoke and mirrors. But really never did anything but talk about it and now that I have a family I guess I could say I have truly awakened to our awful situation. Even though I have my beautiful and intelligent wife to have these discussions with I still yearn to talk to other saints about these times we live in to learn and and possibly educate others so that we can remain awake.

Welcome aboard wilsona18. I'm quite a newbie here, as well. There are some very interesting discussions, plus a lot of information here. I have been interested in Last Day topics as well as the shadow gov't and SCs and LDGs.

I have read quite a bit over the years. I am happy to have so many LDS sources to choose from. They can connect the dots so well because of all of the scriptures as well as words of the prophets. The books from non-LDS authors are interesting but I fear they look through a glass darkly because they don't understand the Adversary, as well. Some of the books have a lot of disinformation in them. So I like to judge things from an LDS perspective to see if they ring true or not. I am sad to say that our own gov't has been involved in some pretty dreadful things. I love my country and the people, but no longer trust the Powers That Be.

I have been an advocate of food storage and preparation. My kids mostly listen and are trying, except for one daughter who just doesn't think she needs to do it. I tell them that it's okay if they starve, but can they bear to see their children go hungry. Hopefully, that will touch their hearts.

I think its exciting to have more people joining our discussions. I get a lot out of the input here.
Hopefully others will realize the importance to do all they can spiritually and physically to be prepared. I would hate to see my children go hungry and starving. I would hate to see that for anyone.
