The God of Sevens

Ever notice how the number 7 is woven into both the creation given in Genesis, through other prophetic and predictive passages in other books of the bible and then when we come to the book of Revelation we see an explosion of sevens. Why is this and what can we learn from it?

There are books on symbolism on not only numbers but also many other subjects. Among other books, consider The Lost Language of Symbolism by Alonzo Gaskill.
