Which accurately reports the salient truth?
Behold, a whirlwind of the LORD is gone forth in fury, even a grievous whirlwind: it shall fall grievously upon the head of the wicked. Jeremiah 23:19 KJV

Behold, the whirlwind of the LORD goeth forth with fury, a continuing whirlwind: it shall fall with pain upon the head of the wicked. Jeremiah 30:23 KJV

The LORD [is] slow to anger, and great in power, and will not at all acquit [the wicked]: the LORD hath his way in the whirlwind and in the storm, and the clouds [are] the dust of his feet. Nahum 1:3 KJV

To answer your question:

The second report! People probably also have forgotten the Tornado that hit Manti (F2 Tornado hit Manti, Utah Sept 8th 2002, this was just over three years later, as the SLC Tornado was on August 11, 1999).

This Tornado also marched across town pulling roofs off. It pulled Alvey Lumber's roof off and showered the town with nails and screws. It march right up to the Temple again like in SLC and pulled up very large prominent tree and laid it at the Temple's front (back) door step, west side.

G_d WAS sending a message but the Mormons were to deaf to here. He almost hit the only two Temples left that still do a live Endowments, with very freak storms... and yes a blind person could see the significance if they thought about it!

By two or three witnesses everything shall be verified. The next prophesied end time whirlwind will leave them leafless and barren!

I remember. I wrote something about it seven years ago. My perspective has changed/evolved somewhat since then, but the issue with the remnants of the land has only become more substantial, being one of the biggest issues lately.

I see the Remnant saving the US Constitution, and the laying of the foundations of Zion. However, when their cup of indignation is full and the time of the Gentiles has fully come in, the BoM promises that they (the Gentiles) will not be taken into bondage, but shall be swept from off this land of Promise! And He (the Father) shall plant others (a Nation and peoples) in their stead. This is not the Remnant who are already here... it will be the Ten Tribes, who make up the vast majority of the Tribes and Kingdom of Yisrael. And of that nation and kingdom which shall be born in a day, it is apart of the stone cut out of the mountain without hands, which shall roll forth and hit the feet and ten toes of Nebuchadnezzar statue from his dream. It is the Holy Roman Empire reborn, and the Ten Kings that will have power for one hour with the anti-Christ and False Prophet, that the kingdom of Zion (G_d) shall destroy. There coming forth will eventual fill the earth with the Gospel and the Kingdom of G_d.

Shalom my friend...
