Please Tell Me- Source of Northern Utah Bomb

I’m hoping someone has the actual source of the northern Utah bomb. I know that this original prophecy was given at Utah State University way back when. It may of been known as a college then.

I think the speech was given in commencement of the institute program. It was given by either a prophet or an apostle. Please post this if you have it. Thank you!!

Not the happiest of subjects, but here goes. First, here is the John Taylor Vision, with interesting commentary by a non member of the Church.

I am NOT a member of the LDS (Mormon) Church myself. I have wondered AND prayed for the past few days what I should put in the August 1989 flyer. Last night in the shower some ideas from the past came to my mind. Years ago I came across a "Prophecy" By a Mormon pioneer. Following is a "vision" from an early Mormon about Nuclear War. I wrote a "letter to the Editor" which was published August 13, 1987. (Now 2015 = 28 years ago.) In our "Iron County Newspaper."

(Now in 2015 it has been almost 138 years ago. WHO THEN Could have ever known about Nuclear War and fallout? 68 YEARS BEFORE THE A-BOMB was invented, ONLY a man of vision from God.)

I saw the roads full of people, principally women, with just what they could carry in bundles on their backs, TRAVELING TO THE MOUNTAINS on foot...It was remarkable to me THAT there were so few men among them. (The men were killed off.) The RAILS looked rusty and the (rail) road abandoned. I continued Eastward through Omaha and Counsel Bluffs WHICH WERE full of disease AND WOMEN EVERYWHERE. The next thing I saw was Washington AND I found the city a desolation. THE WHITE HOUSE EMPTY, the halls of Congress the same, EVERYTHING IN RUINS...I was next in Baltimore (Maryland) at the HOTELS I saw the dead PILED UP so as to fill the square...I saw NO MEN Except they were dead.
EVERYWHERE I went I beheld the same all over the city AND IT was horrible beyond description to look at. I thought this must be the end, but no, I was seemingly in Philadelphia and there as in Baltimore EVERYTHING was still. NO LIVING SOUL was seen to greet me...in fact EVERYWHERE I WENT the purification of the dead bodies caused such a stench that it was impossible for any creature to exist alive...I next found myself in Broadway, New York. In Broadway I saw the bodies of beautiful women lying stone dead, AND others in a dying condition on the sidewalk.
I saw MEN CRAWL OUT OF THE CELLAR (below ground) AND rob the dead ...and before they could return to their coverts IN THE CELLARS (below the fallout) they themselves would rollover a time or two (puking) and die in agony...I saw mothers kill their own children AND EAT raw flesh AND then in a few minutes die themselves.

WHEREVER I WENT I SAW THE SAME scenes of horror AND desolation, rapine, AND death.

Now, about Northern Utah. The Vision of Sarah Menet (1979)
The next thing that I felt more than I saw was that shortly after this there was no commerce, no shopping, buying, and was impressed that there was no economy. The economy had almost failed completely and no one had any money.

The next thing I saw was people being sick and dying. I saw this particularly in four cities: New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Salt Lake. The disease started by having white blisters, some the size of dimes appear on their hands, arms and face. This quickly developed into white puffy sores and blisters. People would stumble about and fall and then many died within a short time, maybe 24 hours. I also saw other people with blood coming from their nose, mouth, eyes and ears. It started like a flu virus and it spread very quickly, faster than the other white blister disease. The people who had this disease died even faster. This was more wide spread across the entire United States. There were hundreds of thousands of people stricken with these two diseases.

I knew that the diseases, and there were several different kinds, but at first primarily these two, came from small containers that had been brought into the United States. These containers were like quart jars and I was impressed that the people carrying them would just drop them on the ground in large crowds of people and the people would become infected without realizing it....As I was looking at the cities of light, I then saw missiles coming and hitting some cities and mushroom clouds started happening all over the United States. Some were from missiles that I knew came from Russia and others were not from missiles, but were from bombs that were already in the United States. They were hidden in trucks and in cars and were exploded.

I specifically saw Los Angeles, Las Vegas and New York hit with bombs. New York was hit with a missile, but I think that Los Angeles was hit by a truck bomb or actually several, because I didn't see any missile. I also saw north of Salt Lake City have a mushroom cloud, a small one, but no missile(possible suit case nuke).

In the darkness I also saw little fireballs. I don't know if this happened just before or during the mushroom clouds, but there were millions falling everywhere. They were very hot, of different sizes with most about the size of golf balls. As they fell from the sky they left a streak of flame and smoke behind them. Whatever they touched they started on fire: people, buildings, trees, grass, it didn't matter. I didn't ask what they were or where they came from, because by this time I was getting sick of the whole scene and so I just observed and didn't ask many questions.

When she saw "small burning balls" dropped from the sky, that would catch everything they touched on fire, she wasn't sure what kind of weapon she had seen, later Alan South came across an eye witness account of a survivor of one of the two nukes that ended W.W. Two in Japan( account was from Hiroshima). The eye witness report was the same as that Sarah's description of what she saw, a nuke. "Shortly after the nuclear blast, it rained these little fireballs.What happens is that the the nuclear blast melts everything and lifts it into the sky. This material then congeals together into these little balls of melted steel, dirt, and other materials which then fall from the sky, burning everything they touch".

Charles D. Evans was Patriarch to the Church in Springville, Utah and was a school teacher by profession.

Now, about Northern Utah. The Vision of Sarah Menet (1979)
The next thing that I felt more than I saw was that shortly after this there was no commerce, no shopping, buying, and was impressed that there was no economy. The economy had almost failed completely and no one had any money.

The next thing I saw was people being sick and dying. I saw this particularly in four cities: New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Salt Lake. The disease started by having white blisters, some the size of dimes appear on their hands, arms and face. This quickly developed into white puffy sores and blisters. People would stumble about and fall and then many died within a short time, maybe 24 hours. I also saw other people with blood coming from their nose, mouth, eyes and ears. It started like a flu virus and it spread very quickly, faster than the other white blister disease. The people who had this disease died even faster. This was more wide spread across the entire United States. There were hundreds of thousands of people stricken with these two diseases.

I knew that the diseases, and there were several different kinds, but at first primarily these two, came from small containers that had been brought into the United States. These containers were like quart jars and I was impressed that the people carrying them would just drop them on the ground in large crowds of people and the people would become infected without realizing it....As I was looking at the cities of light, I then saw missiles coming and hitting some cities and mushroom clouds started happening all over the United States. Some were from missiles that I knew came from Russia and others were not from missiles, but were from bombs that were already in the United States. They were hidden in trucks and in cars and were exploded.

I specifically saw Los Angeles, Las Vegas and New York hit with bombs. New York was hit with a missile, but I think that Los Angeles was hit by a truck bomb or actually several, because I didn't see any missile. I also saw north of Salt Lake City have a mushroom cloud, a small one, but no missile(possible suit case nuke).

In the darkness I also saw little fireballs. I don't know if this happened just before or during the mushroom clouds, but there were millions falling everywhere. They were very hot, of different sizes with most about the size of golf balls. As they fell from the sky they left a streak of flame and smoke behind them. Whatever they touched they started on fire: people, buildings, trees, grass, it didn't matter. I didn't ask what they were or where they came from, because by this time I was getting sick of the whole scene and so I just observed and didn't ask many questions.

When she saw "small burning balls" dropped from the sky, that would catch everything they touched on fire, she wasn't sure what kind of weapon she had seen, later Alan South came across an eye witness account of a survivor of one of the two nukes that ended W.W. Two in Japan( account was from Hiroshima). The eye witness report was the same as that Sarah's description of what she saw, a nuke. "Shortly after the nuclear blast, it rained these little fireballs.What happens is that the the nuclear blast melts everything and lifts it into the sky. This material then congeals together into these little balls of melted steel, dirt, and other materials which then fall from the sky, burning everything they touch".

Charles D. Evans was Patriarch to the Church in Springville, Utah and was a school teacher by profession.

We do not know when the calamities and troubles of the last days will fall upon any of us as individuals or upon bodies of the Saints. The Lord deliberately withholds from us the day and hour of his coming and of the tribulations which shall precede it—all as part of the testing and probationary experiences of mortality. He simply tells us to watch and be ready.
We do not say that all of the Saints will be spared and saved from the coming day of desolation. When was this vision first given to the masses to read?

I am not sure, but I can add this. John Taylor’s Last Days Vision. This has been attributed to John Taylor, as he was the Prophet at the time that Wilford Woodruff recorded the vision in his journal. W.W. kept one of the most thorough journals. Though W.W. did not say who had this vision. However, John Taylor spoke French (he was from Canada), and W.W. did not.
