I haven't seen this posted yet. Alabama will essentially outlaw all abortions save exceptions when the mother's life is in danger. It's awaiting the governor's signature. If signed, it will most definitely be appealed to the Supreme Court. Alabama pro lifers see now as the best time since Roe v. Wade to try and get it overturned. I'd love to see it happen, but would be quite shocked if even the full contingent of conservative justices voted to do so. Thoughts?
