There is a great article over on Exponent today that covers so many of the issues with priesthood and authority that this forum has been hashing over recently. I highly recommend it.

I remember using the driver's license analogy to teach about Priesthood on my mission. I miss the days of being full of piss and vinegar, totally bought into a narrative and 100% committed to it. That felt good.

I remember being a missionary decades ago. I knew everything and understood the gospel perfectly. Now I realize I don't know squat. Life has a way of humbling us. The one thing I do know is God has perfect love and mercy and understands me perfectly, better than I know myself. And he is patient.

Agreed. Experience is the greatest teacher of all.

hmm... insufficient data for NV, maybe the feminist focus is slightly askew.
