The best way to uphold the Constitution is to think locally and act locally. It is supposed to be a federal republic, a compact of sovereign states. Do all you can in your localities to resist the unconstitutional encroachments of the general government.

a) "American" refers to America which is a wide tract of land that extends from the Arctic Ocean to the southern tip of Patagonia, so yes, I am residing at the moment in "America".
b) The word "inline", which I correctly used, implies that the piece described (a jpg or whatever) is sized and spaced as/by part of the HTML code for the page to be displayed, as opposed to, say, an attachment.
c) I apologize to the forum for continuing this brief discourse with you as it is clearly way off topic and I have no wish to be a part of "stealing" a viable thread with an important topic.
