Repent!

Anyone notice the Prophets topic at priesthood last night. Just saying it seems like it is close to a time that we are being warned and prepared. Anyone else get that feeling?

Lol 10 day fast from social media then after that you all went back right?Juliet wrote: ↑April 7th, 2019, 1:05 pmHe did, he gave us four specific things to do during the relief society meeting last October.
I am pretty sure he didn't tell the men to do a 10 day fast from video games...
Participate in a 10-day fast from social media and from any other negative or impure media. President Nelson encouraged women to notice how the fast affects their priorities and then to record and act on spiritual impressions they receive.sandman45 wrote: ↑April 8th, 2019, 9:25 amLol 10 day fast from social media then after that you all went back right?Juliet wrote: ↑April 7th, 2019, 1:05 pmHe did, he gave us four specific things to do during the relief society meeting last October.

Read the Book of Mormon between now and the end of the year. President Nelson suggested that as they read, they mark each verse that refers to the Savior and talk about Him with friends and family.
Establish a pattern of regular temple attendance. Time in the temple can lead to greater understanding about how to draw upon God’s priesthood power, President Nelson said.
Participate fully in Relief Society. He added that studying the Relief Society purpose statement and the Relief Society declaration can help women understand who they are and who the Lord needs them to be.

In my own lifetime, I have known sisters to be called to repentance and warned about their present actions and disobedience. Lots of times.
Oh please....the men were told plenty of things to do and women are told of things not to do as well.sandman45 wrote: ↑April 8th, 2019, 2:31 pmThanks,Juliet wrote: ↑April 8th, 2019, 1:34 pmParticipate in a 10-day fast from social media and from any other negative or impure media. Notice the difference between what is said to the men and the women... women are given things to do.. men are told what NOT to do..
Lol I don’t want to be like women. I’m just pointing out another instance of feminism creeping in again. Also if I wanted to be a woman I’d be a lesbian because I like the womenMMbelieve wrote: ↑April 9th, 2019, 5:26 pmOh please....the men were told plenty of things to do and women are told of things not to do as well.sandman45 wrote: ↑April 8th, 2019, 2:31 pmThanks,Juliet wrote: ↑April 8th, 2019, 1:34 pmParticipate in a 10-day fast from social media and from any other negative or impure media. My question to you in your comparing...why do you want to be like the women? I really dont understand why men are complaining if the women are not told the same exact things they were told then get crazy at women if they...do the same thing as them![]()
Its very very sad to hear men complain that they are told something different than the women were told at the same time throwing the word femanist around saying women are trying to make us all the same. Seems the men are just as much these days with their complaining that women are not treated like men. Cant have it both ways.
We are different yet you want women treated the same?
Feminism creeping in because the men were spoken to on repentance?? I dont get that onesandman45 wrote: ↑April 9th, 2019, 8:25 pmLol I don’t want to be like women. In Pres. Nelson's words: Do the spiritual work to find out for yourselves, and please do it now. Time is running out."
Yeah I need to repent. I have felt an increase in God’s love lately and that always makes me feel like I need to shape up. Looking through His Eyes can be tough.
