I believe you, it sounds familiar. However I don’t understand it, wouldn’t they think that *more* slaves be better, when they have all the power?
They call them useless eaters. People who are not worth what it costs to feed and shelter them. I believe the figure they have in mind is about a half billion people worldwide. Plenty of "slaves" for the ones in power.

And in a truly Luciferian sense, if the powers-that-be have decided that human "resources" are too great then if they persuade them to not marry, to not reproduce, to run after things rather than develop their minds then the sin will be solely on the heads of the herds who are too stupid to recognize what is being done to them.
So how many kids do I need to have to not be selfish anymore? What's the number? Do I need to have at least one to not be selfish or have as many as my body can handle making? They won't be raised Mormon or in any religion for that matter, does this make a difference?
Selfish yes, though perhaps “unnatural” is a better term. We are wired top-down to reproduce, Darwin got that right. The desire for sterility, biologically & evolutionarily speaking, is fundamentally unnatural, as well as perverse to the pattern set by God in Genesis.
Selfishness is not determined by the number of children you choose or choose not to have. It's the reasons why that would determine it, and none of us here are in a position to judge you on that. It makes sense how someone could be uncomfortable to say he was born a male if he now identified as a woman. Do you believe a person's DNA will change when he or she transitions to opposite gender ?

Not sure.
