The rule or commandment or admonishment or request to not use the word Mormon only applies to ... Mormons, that is ... members of the church.

It has no power or effect on anyone lese. They are still free in law, agency, religion, or atheism, anything else to refer to us, or anyone for that matter, as they please.

It's known as ... freedom of speech.
