Our ward is doing pretty well. Interviews are happening. The hardest part we are having is getting over the idea that "I don't need to visit my families any more!"
It is suppose to be a higher and holier approach. It is to be driven by love, by inspiration and revelation, not calendars and obligations. It is harder for the brethren to figure this out than it is the Sisters, but we are figuring it out.
It is definitely inspired and definitely a refiner or a drag on those who participate.
Pray about what message to bring, what service to do, when to call and check in on them, and don't limit it to your assigned families! The priesthood is not limited to specific assignments, but to serve those who cross out paths as well.

I heard that most of the world was doing their ministering responsibilities, except Utah saints
