She isn't wrong that the system is corrupted. I think the flaw is the idea that you can use the system to fix the system. All the laws in the world will not make wicked people righteous.

I don't agree with the recommended changes. I don't agree with what they want to do with government once the changes are made.

I do agree that we have to get corruption out of our government.

The only way to remove corruption from government is to reduce government power.

People like Lawrence don't understand that corruption is a natural by-product of power. They believe corruption is a byproduct of ideology. They want a government powerful enough to force society into their own image but think that they can magically purify it somehow at the same time by making sure the right people are in charge. Yet human nature is such that corruption will always follow power.

I've long said that we need to get rid of the government and start over. You would have to take out the 500 or so in office and then take out the 500 or so that replace them, repeat once, maybe twice more. Then we could really get somewhere.

A two party system will never work. I think political parties should go away all together.

I would like to see Congress officials selected at random like a jury and the people would vote out of the ones selected.

Amendment 17 needs to go away so state legislature elect senators. The current system make it so only rich and powerful people can run for senate because most people wouldn't be able to afford to campaign across an entire state.

The Congress and Senate must have term limits.

Corruption flows from the people into the government, and from the government into the people.

It's not the fault of the system. If every senator voted like Ron Paul, then the system would be reformed immediately.

But we don't send Ron Pauls to the Senate. We the people are the problem, and the corruption that needs to be fixed.

The only way to fix our government is mass repentence and a return to righteousness. Wicked people elect wicked leaders. Wicked leaders ignore rules and laws. It doesn't matter how many rules and laws you have in place, or what type of government it is because wicked leaders trample on laws in their drive to consolidate power unto themselves.

Jennifer Lawrence is part of the problem, she is not the solution.
