Rome: "A hinge point in the history of the church"

Good grief. The extremes some take things here is astounding.

Watch and listen to President Nelson. What he is saying is not inconsequential. If you pray for the spirit, it will be given to you to know and understand what he means. I would recommend you watch and listen to him far more than you are watching and listening to the world.

When things are done for popularity sake and predictions are made for consequential things, it is best not to bury your head in the sand. I can assure you that President Nelson is watching and listening to the world and the spirit does give understanding. One needs to keep their finger on the pulse of how things are received in view of the prophetic promise of extraordinary results.

Two points stand out from what was shared but not endured:

1.) The emphasis on the the Church's name has not been received well.
2.) The reaction to the "significant" event has not been received well, either, by the Protestant sector.

Yesterday I went to the link posted for this story and it said the page I wanted has been removed or did not exist. Anyway a few years ago when I first encountered this story I thought it was a hoax so I just squirreled it away and didn’t mention it to anyone. But recently with all the hoopla about the new temple being dedicated in Rome and with all the flattering words President Nelson and Elder Ballard has directed toward Pope Francis, this story has come to the forefront of my mind and I’ve had some thoughts regarding it.
The baptism of Pope Francis into the Mormon Church reeks of a quid-quo-pro arrangement where the Pope is baptized into the Mormon Church with the expectation that since he joined the Mormon Church Pope Francis expects the Mormon leadership to return the favor by joining in the ecumenical movement of the Catholic Church. I think this scenario has been in the planning stages for a number of years because before July 30, 2012 when the ground breaking ceremony for the temple occurred, the Italian government and the Vatican State recognized the Mormon Church as only a “charitable institution” but after that date they were upgraded by these governmental entities and officially recognized as a bona-fide “religious denomination.”
Like I said when I first read this story I initially thought it was a hoax, now I’m not sure because there are pieces of facts interspersed throughout the story, for example, the silent 800 lb. gorilla in the room present—ecumenicalism. Another example is secrecy, secrecy is the hallmark of Satan and if this is not a hoax then this event is indeed secret. Then there is the typical obfuscation indicative of all white-color crime where the article says a Vatican spokesman “neither confirms nor denies the conversion of Pope Francis into the Mormon Church.” Gee, if such an earthshaking event was not true and you wanted to distance yourself from the leprosy of Mormonism you certainly wouldn’t vacillate on whether a rumor this big was true or not. It’s a crystal clear issue, either it happened or it didn’t—no maybe about it!
It’s at least an open question. Is the Pope’s baptism into the Mormon Church payment in exchange for L.D.S. leadership cooperation to play an active role in the Pope’s ecumenical agenda? Or how about an official church endorsement for ecumenicalism, who could possibly be against—unity? Is this what President Russell M. Nelson meant when he told members to “hold on to their hats, get your rest and take your vitamins because things are about to get exciting?”

For all those naysayers who say that modern prophets don't prophecy, they're going to need to take a fresh look at their beliefs. In my opinion, of course.

Count me among the naysayers, I guess, because I don't see any prophecy here. "Things are going to move forward at an accelerated pace, of which this is a part," what does that mean, exactly? What "things" and how is "moving forward" defined?

"The church is going to have an unprecedented future, unparalleled; we're just building up to what's ahead now." Again, this statement is vague enough that it could be applied to anything. In fact his whole "prophecy" just sounds like the kind of vague business-speak that you hear in sales meetings when reps don't have any specific numbers to tout.

For example, is Nelson saying that they are going to start dedicating temples at a pace that exceeds the 34 that were dedicated in 2000? Is this a prophecy about numbers of new baptisms or tithing revenue or what? And how far in the future are we talking about? A year, ten years, a hundred?

There is no way to tell whether this "prophecy" actually comes to pass or not, and (in my opinion, of course) that's by design. It sounds like he's saying something bold, but when you unpack what he actually said, it's so vague it could mean anything.

Funny, people may have said the same about Isaiah's prophecies, or John's.

The Catholic Church may be part of the great and abominable church, but it isn't, in and of itself, the great and abominable church of the devil.

Alice Cooper was born with the name Vincent Damon Furnier in Detroit, Michigan. His father was a preacher by the name of Ether Moroni Furnier for The Church of Jesus Christ, based in Monongahela, Pennsylvania. Cooper’s grandfather Thurman Sylvester Furnier served as an apostle for the church. The church is also known as the Bickertonite church, and has roots with Sidney Rigdon. According to Cooper’s biography, he was active in the church until the age of 11 or 12. His family moved to Phoenix, Arizona when he was about 16 years old.

Rigdon and Young excommunicated each other. Rigdon went back to Pittsburgh and started his own church. Sidney’s Rigdon’s Church of Jesus Christ of the Children of Zion disintegrated within a decade after his death. … But the Church of Jesus Christ, a small sect organized in 1862 by William Bickerton, still venerates Rigdon. I predict that President Nelson words about "This is a hinge point in the history of the church. Things are going to move forward at an accelerated pace, of which this is a part," "The church is going to have an unprecedented future, unparalleled; we're just building up to what's ahead now." I predict these words are not positive words of prophesy but negative words apostasy in the LDS church. Look at how President Nelson and Russell M. Ballard oozed with praise of Pope Francis as “Holy Father” and although “we have doctrinal differences the things we have in common are more important” I just wonder if President Nelson kissed the ring of the Pope and exchanged the Luciferian handgrip. He has said: “there is no hell,” and when asked about the rightness or wrongness of homosexuality he responded—“who am I to judge.” Then he is quoted to have said that “Christ was a sinner” and that “his mission was a failure, because he ended up dead on the cross.” He also introduced the Tango into the liturgy, no kidding people dancing at mass. He has allowed homosexuals and paedophiles to serve as cardinals and bishops. The orthodox members of the Catholic Church are at their end wits as to how to get rid of Pope Francis, there is no protocol in their church on how to get rid of a renegade Pope. Carlo Vigano was a high ranking church official, only 3rd from the Pope himself, and recently demanded Pope Francis resign for all the corruption that fills the Catholic Church “from top to bottom.” Now VIgano has gone into hiding for fear of his life. In this context we have the LDS leadership show up heaping loads and loads of flattery on “his Holiness.” Does anyone see something wrong with this picture. Are you prepared to be absorbed into this vortex via interfaith projects and the ecumenical goal of building bridges and finding common ground with the Devil.

I equate the GAAC with *the* secret combination spoken of by Moroni. That organization is a) way bigger Catholic Church and b) secret. I wouldn't be surprised if the Catholic Church was the original front/cover for the GAAC, but just because we call it a church, doesn't mean it has to be a recognized religious organization. The membership of the GAAC is anyone who is not aligned with Jesus Christ through covenants. The leadership consists of powerful men throughout the world, some who may be leaders of the Catholic Church. But to limit the GAAC to the Catholic Church is missing the bigger picture, imo.

No other work fits the Roman Catholic Church, AND the united world religions as they come together. The ongoing picture of this wickedness as I write is Rick Warren and his mad frenzy to unite world politics, business, and religion.

This is the seat (see photo below of the Vatican) of the most prominent whore church today. I personally have heard Roman Catholics, including one missionary priest, tell me that the Vatican is full of Satanism, Masonry, and witchcraft and is indeed a whore as to Christian teaching.

Soon, all world religion will unite into THE whore, the last great wicked harlot monster of religious compromise.

World Christendom and world religions, will unite with the Whore of Babylon, or shall we say this.... The Whore is the counterfeit of the Bride of Christ. The beast is the EU which the Whore rides.
