Your relief may come from realizing that there are OTHER boxes out there with the same kinds of issues. This is empowering to understand. Christ sets free. Men enslave.

Wouldn't you like to realize that there are Jehovah's Witnesses who are set up to have your SAME frustrations, but resulting from a very different church system? The implications of that are HUGE. I think you need to parse what's frustrating you, but you need more context in which to lay all the pieces out, so that you can go through them and make some sense of them. Like, what is really of God and what is of man? Exclusive Mormon Think can be like getting trapped in a house of mirrors. The JW's are trapped in their own house of mirrors. They believe in their particulars just as strongly as any Mormon does their own. I think realizing that there are many boxes out there that bind up people's thinking is a salve for one's sanity if they are sensing a problem. You need to get a leg up on the situation through awareness and gain some control over how you are going to be affected by churches. You'd feel a lot better. Having no control and no bearing is exhausting.

The church is led by a prophet who LISTENS to God. We all can speak to Him, and many of us do. But far fewer actually listen, and even fewer will act on what they hear.
