Was Enoch Descended from Cain?

I was reading the Old Testament and it seems to me that Enoch (City of Enoch) was descended from Cain. Is that right? I just want to make sure...

Different Enoch. Enoch son of Cain was born quite a bit earlier than Enoch son of Jared.

Complete different bloodlines.

Lots of similar names back then. Lamech is another example.
