Given the pic in the article, and the first paragraph that says rbg was attending a private conference, I'd say there's a good chance the pic is old.

TMZ released a video the other day of RBG at the airport. Except that the video looks like it was actually filmed in April of 2018.

There was a story yesterday or the day before about rbg returning to the bench. Granted the pics were old in that post as well, but the story was on fox news. I doubt the story is inaccurate as there would be other justices, clerks etc who interact with her who could refute. Unless she has a secret entrance or they're all gadiantons...
