I try to steer clear of this, though there are certain behaviors that I struggle to ignore: usually those that are clearly against the forum rules: flaming, trolling, baiting, etc.
There is a rare instance where I feel someone's character betrays their claims of esoteric knowledge where their character isn't necessarily against the forum rules. Arrogance, for example. This is truly a conundrum because how do you point out those behaviors without it becoming an ad hominem?
