When we engage in this forum can it be classed as ministering?
I think sometimes it can?
I do see it, when others take the time to offer advice and guidance
I feel that I've been ministered to here, I guess that is maybe one of the reasons I continue to regularly come back! and also to put my "two penneth worth" in, (the other side of the pond would be "my two cents")
Could what we sometimes do on here be classified as Ministering?

Absolutely. At least, I feel people minister to me.

I think so, sometimes.
Might have a problem reporting it to your EQP though.

You minister to others any time you serve them, especially in a Christlike capacity. The reason why the church leaders implement programs like hometeaching, ministering, family home evenings etc, is because without such programs and reporting, most people probably wouldn't do anything. Only those few who would and do them anyway would still do those things without needing programs to tell them what to do and how to do them. But when one becomes changed by the Holy Ghost, one always knows when and where to serve and to minister to others, which is typically everywhere and always. With church programs like ministering, you get to report your efforts so that the church has numbers and measurables to track.
