D&C 45:56 And at that day, when I shall come in my glory, shall the parable be fulfilled which I spake concerning the ten virgins.

57 For they that are wise and have received the truth, and have taken the Holy Spirit for their guide, and have not been deceived—verily I say unto you, they shall not be hewn down and cast into the fire, but shall abide the day.

President Nelson in last conference:
“In coming days, it will not be possible to survive spiritually without the guiding, directing, comforting, and constant influence of the Holy Ghost.”

Many lack a witness of from the Holy Ghost of the prophetic reality of those who lead this church and what they counsel us to do in order to draw close to Christ in the last days. It is sad to watch the deception happen with no thought of application of prophetic counsel, the very thing that would bring the witness. Commenting to this thread won't bring it either, but feel free to comment .

Only one problem: all answers must point to “Yes!” (or TRUE). This is one of the characteristics of a cult paradigm. Without the possibility of more than one answer, there is no choice, there is no real discernment. Our system often sets up the dichotomy of either confirmation or deception. It’s loaded. And, of course, the people claiming to already KNOW the correct answer!
