Marlon Brando’s interview with Larry King cracked me up. Especially when he tried to help King with his sweating problem. 😂

Viral clip of a man driving as he tunes in to a digital hearing for his suspended licence. I kinda feel bad for the guy, apparently the only reason his licence was suspended to begin with was some problem on the DMV's end, and he still has stuff to do and places to go, but the reaction is still kino.

Is the man in the bottom pic holding a baby Tasmanian tiger/Thylacine?? (or more likely just a plain ole tabby cat, but I tend to prefer the more exotic theories)

No fan of the Rothschilds, but being pulled by zebras is next-level stylish. I imagine they like them for the black & white.

I've never heard of Tasmanian tigers. Can they be domesticated? My go-to assumption is that everything from Tasmania is as wild as wild gets. The guy in the photo is HP Lovecraft, who happened to be something of a racist, and named his cat "Ni**erman", which is a pretty black name for a pet

Tasmanian tigers are supposedly extinct now, with the last one dying in captivity in 1936, though there are reports of occasional sightings, like this one:
This same guy is quite the fan, he is very excited in this yt-short about the possibility of scientists bringing them back via cloning technologies:
Good old Lovecraft, with his Mark Zuckerberg-with-an-underbite looking self. I didn't notice it was him holding the cat, I was too excited about the possibility of it being a baby thylacine to take notice of the holder thereof.

I'm from Louisiana, one of the adherents the of the "Jim Crow" laws, for which I'm sure you are familiar, but for those who are not:
"The Jim Crow laws were state and local laws introduced in the Southern United States in the late 19th and early 20th centuries that enforced racial segregation, "Jim Crow" being a pejorative term for an African American. Such laws remained in force until 1965..."

I was born in 1968, so I grew up in the 1970s, so it was sadly very commonplace to hear the "N-word," and was a very common name for any black pets, along with "tar-baby," "darkie," etc., and "C" meant "Colored," on the census form, not "Caucasian." I remember when I became the "C-word," and thinking what the heck is a Caucasian?, lol, I really didn't know, because it had always been simple choices, like are you "W" (white) or a "C" (colored), a "M" (male), or a "F" (female) checkboxes.

This ties into the Mandela Effect for me, for in my timeline Mandela died twice, for I remember learning what "Apartheid" meant, and thinking "oh, that's South Africa's version of the Jim Crow laws, as the timestamp.

That's just a scrawny kitten in Lovecraft's arms.

Tassie Tigers are probably one of the most likely cryptids to exist. The best sightings are as often in continental Australia where they were supposedly displaced by dingoes thousands of years ago. In Tasmania they lived on into the thirties.

She's right. That's way overpriced.

I said in summer 2020 that the lockdown would drive prices up but got blank looks. Now people blame everything but the lockdown. Brexit especially, although Brexit doesn't explain the exact same problems occuring on every continent.
