It is unbelievable that this could have happened in a civilised mostly Christian country.

It makes us less safe to desensitize employees to the act of killing for its own sake.

Be aware, be safe, be smart. RESIST!

Following the film and a couple of Trailers and perhaps some discussion, some of us plan to pick up lunch at Stone Soup to share a meal and thoughts on the day.. Perhaps GCTV will show up to record various sentiments, which is also when U.S. forces officially plan to leave Afghanistan, our longest war justified by 9-11 events, twenty years ago. Adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) refer to the following 10 childhood experiences researchers have identified as risk factors for chronic disease in adulthood: emotional abuse, physical abuse, sexual abuse, emotional neglect, physical neglect, violent treatment towards mother, household substance abuse, household mental illness, parental separation or divorce, and having an incarcerated household member.

1. Marion Gruber, the #2 person in CBER, who has been there for decades and her deputy, Phil Krause, announce their resignations in August, just after Biden administration announces its plan to offer 3'd vaccine doses beginning the week of September 20.
2. FDA issues a license for the Pfizer vaccine on Aug 23, for only two doses while permitting a 3d dose only for those who are immunocompromised. FDA fails to hold an advisory committee meeting around this decision.
3. FDA is caught out for a "bait and switch": licensing Comirnaty when only the EUA vaccine, named Pfizer-BioNTech, is actually available in clinics. COVID-19: How Good Is the Science on COVID Vaccines?

        I’m sure you are favor of “following the science” on COVID vaccinations.
        A basic principle of the scientific method is that you need a control group. To detect a difference, say in adverse reactions, between the treated group and the control, you need a big enough control group. As this graph shows, you need to have 50% in the control group to be sure that you have at least an 80% chance of detecting a statistically significant difference.

        If 70% are vaccinated, only 30% are in the control group, and the statistical power is falling rapidly as more unwilling persons get the jab to keep their job.
        The Biden Administration is calling for 70% of the world population to be inoculated and pledging to donate 500 million doses of the Pfizer-BioNTech product to low and lower-middle-income countries and the African Union.
        Another absolute requirement for scientific research is complete reporting. Probably, 90% or more of adverse reactions are not reported to the Vaccine Adverse Reactions System (VAERS). As revealed by Project Veritas, reporting may be actively discouraged.
        I have been told of highly trained pilots being grounded post-vaccine because of severe migraine or cognitive problems, of sudden appearance of terminal cancer, of athletes who cannot play because of heart problems, of sudden paralysis or onset of seizures. We can’t say it was because of the vaccine. Is it more common after vaccination? Without meticulous follow-up and a control group, we don’t know.
        The worldwide, coercive mass vaccination campaign is unprecedented, but because it lacks a control group it would be incorrect to call it a scientific experiment. Ethical research would, in addition, require voluntary informed consent, free medical care of subjects who experienced complications, provision to stop the experiment if it is doing harm, and these days an Institutional Review Board.

CDC lies again--it will now try to impose universal Hepatitis B vaccination of adults!

The criminals at CDC began 30 years ago to appropriately target iv drug abusers, sex workers and others with a high risk of Hepatitis B to be vaccinated. There were not enough takers, according to CDC, so the public health officials set their sites on newborns, aimed and fired.

Hepatitis B is a viral disease transmitted via intercourse, iv drugs, or from mother to baby. All mothers are supposed to be tested for it during pregnancy, and less than 1% are positive. Mothers and their newborns who test positive are treated for it with vaccinations and immune globulin.

But that did not suffice for the science-light, pharma-heavy CDC. So some dim bulb decided that ALL newborns should be vaccinated for hepatitis B, within a few hours after birth. This practice was never shown to be safe, but it pleased public health officials, who could impose the vaccinations on babies while their moms were still recovering and dopey from the birth, the babies were stuck in a hospital, and the newborns were basically chickens to be plucked.

No one ever explained why newborns whose moms were negative needed to be protected from a disease that only affected those with more than one sex partner (primarily gay men) and those using dirty needles. But the CDC decided this was a great way to get everyone vaccinated, and it would protect those newborns when they did become old enough for sex and needles.

A bell should have gone off when it turned out their immunity waned after a few years--even though those poor infants had suffered 3 doses of a vaccine they had no need for, starting in the first moments of life. But the dim bulbs at CDC ignored it.

The thing is, rates of Hepatitis B in the US are low. They are high in east Asia, but the US is not east Asia. Rates have fallen since vaccine has been available over the past 30 years.

If you look at CDC's Figure 2.5 below you will see that reported new Hepatitis B cases are 1 per 100,000 per year in women, and 1.5 per 100,000 in men in 2018, the last year for which CDC provides data.

Elsewhere CDC says,

In 2018, a total of 3,322 cases of acute hepatitis B were reported to CDC, for an overall incidence rate of 1.0 cases per 100,000 population.
The rate of reported acute HBV infections declined approximately 90% since recommendations for HepB vaccination were first issued, from 9.6 cases per 100,000 population in 1982 to 1.0 cases per 100,000 population in 2018.
So why in heaven's name would CDC want to start vaccinating everyone when rates are very low and have fallen dramatically? However...

On Wednesday November 3, CDC briefed its supine advisory committee on the imaginary need for hepatitis vaccines. CDC briefers are trained to scare the pants off you to get the votes they want. Here is what was said:

CDC medical officer Mark K. Weng, MD, MSc, FAAP, who leads the ACIP’s hepatitis vaccines work group, presented data on the importance of vaccinating adults against HBV.
“In the U.S. every year, there are 20,700 estimated acute hepatitis B infections, and over $1 billion dollars spent on hepatitis B-related hospitalizations,” Weng said. “There are almost two million people estimated to be living with chronic hepatitis B in the U.S., of whom there's a [15% to 25%] risk of premature death from cirrhosis or liver cancer.”

How did he get these deadly numbers? Well, CDC claimed that only about one tenth of the cases get reported, that is how. CDC used its dubious estimates to claim cases were ten times greater than reported--something they never claimed before. How do they know this? They never tell. They can't give us a number to multiply the VAERS reports by to find out the rate of adverse vaccine events, but they are quick to come up with a magic multiplier when they want new vaccine programs to be approved.

What happened? The ACIP sleepwalkers voted to vaccinate all adults for hepatitis B--even those who are monogamous and don't take any drugs. Why? Because they can, and they get pharma contracts when the advisory committee members behave.

So, this is what is next. Get ready to fight against more mandates. The elites are making war on us.

In its infinite Scientific™ wisdom, the city of Boston, Massachusetts just announced a new “vaccine passport” system set to take effect next month. This was one of the first major actions of the recently-elected mayor, Michelle Wu, who’d been hailed by many as a paradigm-shifter for her inspiring Progressive potential. Wu’s passport system is endearingly called “B Together,” because there’s nothing more emblematic of heartwarming communal “togetherness” than compulsory monitoring of medical activity by the government.
Waiters, front-desk clerks, and movie theater ushers will join “together” to carry out this very important epidemiological task. At first, the proof-of-vaccination requirement will apply to all individuals age 12 and up who wish to enter a covered venue — restaurants, museums, sports arenas, etc. — but children as young as five will be included by March. It has been so ordered.
The stated purpose of this system is “to address rising COVID-19 cases” in Boston caused by the “Omicron” variant. This seems a bit strange, because what we’ve been told is supposed to be so alarming about “Omicron” (pronounced “Oh, c’mon”) is that it’s extra transmissible — with rapid viral spread observed even among those who are fully vaxxed and “boosted” out the wazoo, drowning in daily “rapid tests,” and quadruple-masked at the first sign of human contact. These measures have evidently not succeeded in curtailing the exponential spread. Nonetheless, the hammer is about to come down hard again on “The Unvaccinated,” allegedly because they pose such a unique transmission threat. If you don’t quite follow the logic there, you simply must not understand The Science, dummy.
Though the “booster” is not yet required for compliance with this system, Bisola Ajikutu, the head of the Boston Public Health Commission, offered a pertinent clarification at a press conference Monday: “We will adjust the policy as needed when the definition of fully vaccinated changes.” Got that? The people who run these “public health” bureaucracies reserve the right to perpetually modify what it means to be “fully vaccinated,” and therefore add future injections at their pleasure.

Honorable Chairpersons, Members and Senators,

I write in support of LD 867. There are many reasons why preventing COVID vaccine mandates until adequate, sufficient safety studies have been performed is the right decision for this committee and legislature.

1. COVID vaccines are experimental

Let me say, first, that no matter what claims have been made regarding these vaccines, they are not "safe and effective." "Safe and effective" is an FDA 'term of art'[1] that may only be applied to licensed drugs and vaccines. All currently available COVID vaccines in the United States are unlicensed and experimental, a.k.a. investigational.

Medicines and vaccines are either licensed products or experimental products. There is no gray area between them in US law. Whether or not research is explicitly conducted, the use of experimental products (including those issued under an Emergency Use Authorization) falls under the Nuremberg Code and under US law regulating experimental drugs. As former FDA Commissioner Stephen Hahn himself noted, "EUA products are still considered investigational."[2]

According to 21CFR Subchapter D Part 312:[3] "an experiment is any use of a drug except for the use of a marketed drug in the course of medical practice." Vaccines are considered a subset of drugs by FDA.[4] And the use of unlicensed, Emergency Use Authorized vaccines is thus, by definition, experimental.

US law requires that humans receiving experimental products must provide written informed consent.[5] However, when the PREP Act creating Emergency Use Authorizations (EUAs) was written, this requirement was loosened slightly for emergencies in which EUA products would be used. The required disclosures when using EUAs were specified below. Please note the option to accept or refuse.

21 U.S. Code § 360bbb–3 - Authorization for medical products for use in emergencies[6]

(ii) Appropriate conditions designed to ensure that individuals to whom the product is administered are informed—
(I) that the Secretary has authorized the emergency use of the product;
(II) of the significant known and potential benefits and risks of such use, and of the extent to which such benefits and risks are unknown; and
(III) of the option to accept or refuse administration of the product, of the consequences, if any, of refusing administration of the product, and of the alternatives to the product that are available and of their benefits and risks.
All Moderna, Janssen (Johnson and Johnson) and all childhood Pfizer-BioNTech vaccines are being used under EUAs. And while the adult Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine is supposed to be licensed with brand name Comirnaty, in fact the Pfizer vaccines being used in the US today are EUA products as well.

2. While FDA licensed Comirnaty, the only approved COVID vaccine, only Emergency Use Authorized (experimental) vaccines are being used

Despite claims to the contrary, the only vaccine currently available in the US is the Pfizer-BioNTech, not the licensed and branded Comirnaty. The Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine is authorized under an Emergency Use Authorization, which provides a broad liability shield to the manufacturer, distributor, administrator, program planner, and virtually anyone else involved in the vaccination process. The branded product, on the other hand, is subject to ordinary liability claims at the present time.

Exactly three weeks after FDA issued Comirnaty a license, the National Library of Medicine, part of the NIH, posted information that Pfizer was not planning to make Comirnaty available in the US while the EUA vaccine was still available:[7]

Pfizer received FDA BLA license for its COVID-19 vaccine

Pfizer received FDA BLA license on 8/23/2021 for its COVID-19 vaccine for use in individuals 16 and older (COMIRNATY). At that time, the FDA published a BLA package insert that included the approved new COVID-19 vaccine tradename COMIRNATY and listed 2 new NDCs (0069-1000-03, 0069-1000-02) and images of labels with the new tradename.

At present, Pfizer does not plan to produce any product with these new NDCs and labels over the next few months while EUA authorized product is still available and being made available for U.S. distribution. As such, the CDC, AMA, and drug compendia may not publish these new codes until Pfizer has determined when the product will be produced with the BLA labels.

FDA extended the vaccine's EUA authorization on the same day it licensed the vaccine.

FDA appears to have been acceding to the White House demand that the vaccine be licensed, in order for it to be mandated for large sectors of the US population. Under an EUA, which specifies that potential recipients have the right to refuse,[8] mandates cannot be imposed. So a license was issued, allowing the administration to inform the public that the vaccine was fully approved and licensed. But in fact, the public was unable to access the licensed vaccine.

Why was this convoluted regulatory process performed? While under EUA, Pfizer has an almost bulletproof liability shield. According to the Congressional Research Service (CRS) on September 23, 2021,[9] "courts have characterized PREP Act immunity as 'sweeping.'" The CRS explains, "the PREP Act immunizes a covered person from legal liability for all claims for loss relation to the administration or use of a covered countermeasure."

3. FDA instructed Pfizer-BioNTech that FDA's Congressionally-mandated databases are inadequate to assess the danger of myocarditis (and other potential COVID vaccine side effects) and therefore Pfizer-BioNTech must perform studies to evaluate these risks over the next six years

On the day FDA issued a license for Comirnaty, August 23, 2021, FDA instructed Pfizer-BioNTech that it did NOT have sufficient information on serious potential risks of the product, and required Pfizer and BioNTech, the manufacturers, to conduct a series of studies to assess these potential risks.[10] These studies were to be performed on both products: the licensed Comirnaty and the EUA Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine. Note that they include the requirement for a safety study in pregnancy, which will not be completed until December 31, 2025.

I have reproduced part of what FDA wrote about these required safety studies below, directly from pages 6-11 of the FDA approval letter sent to BioNTech, linked below.

FDA's admission that it cannot assess these safety risks, and that up to 6 years will be taken to study them, provides us with additional de facto evidence that the Pfizer vaccines cannot be termed safe, as many of the fundamental safety studies are only now getting started.

"POSTMARKETING REQUIREMENTS UNDER SECTION 505(o) Section 505(o) of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FDCA) authorizes FDA to require holders of approved drug and biological product applications to conduct postmarketing studies and clinical trials for certain purposes, if FDA makes certain findings required by the statute (section 505(o)(3)(A), 21 U.S.C. 355(o)(3)(A)).

We have determined that an analysis of spontaneous postmarketing adverse events reported under section 505(k)(1) of the FDCA will not be sufficient to assess known serious risks of myocarditis and pericarditis and identify an unexpected serious risk of subclinical myocarditis.

Furthermore, the pharmacovigilance system that FDA is required to maintain under section 505(k)(3) of the FDCA is not sufficient to assess these serious risks. Therefore, based on appropriate scientific data, we have determined that you are required to conduct the following studies:

4. The World Health Organization does not recommend COVID vaccines for normal children

The WHO website "WHO SHOULD GET VACCINATED"[11] states the following:

Children and adolescents tend to have milder disease compared to adults, so unless they are part of a group at higher risk of severe COVID-19, it is less urgent to vaccinate them than older people, those with chronic health conditions and health workers.

More evidence is needed on the use of the different COVID-19 vaccines in children to be able to make general recommendations on vaccinating children against COVID-19.

WHO's Strategic Advisory Group of Experts (SAGE) has concluded that the Pfizer/BionTech vaccine is suitable for use by people aged 12 years and above. Children aged between 12 and 15 who are at high risk may be offered this vaccine alongside other priority groups for vaccination. Vaccine trials for children are ongoing and WHO will update its recommendations when the evidence or epidemiological situation warrants a change in policy.

If the World Health Organization believes there is insufficient evidence to support general vaccination of normal children, why would this committee and the Maine Legislature think otherwise?

To sum up:

· All available COVID vaccines are experimental products
· They must legally provide recipients the right to refuse.
· Mandates negate the right of refusal.
· Basic safety questions regarding the vaccines have not been resolved, and some will not be answered until 2027.
· The WHO does not recommend broad COVID vaccinations for children
· Parents should be permitted to make individualized decisions regarding their childrens' risks and benefits from COVID vaccines.
· Unfortunately, no one can make a fully informed decision about COVID vaccines until the public has access to complete information on safety and efficacy, which are not now available.

Doctor who linked thimerosal to autism wins damages from Maryland Medical Board for harrassing and humiliating him/WaPo
State medical boards license doctors. They also enforce standards of practice. For example, medical boards took away the licenses of over 50 doctors who treated chronic Lyme disease, and investigated many more. Frustrated Lyme patients, unable to find doctors to treat them, went to their state legislatures to fight back. As a result, every state legislature in New England has passed legislation directing their medical boards to give doctors the right to diagnose and treat Lyme disease, outside of the restrictive guidelines issued by the CDC. It sounds crazy, but it's true. Here is the Maine law.

There are many reports of state medical boards taking action against doctors for other heretical beliefs, such as that vaccines may cause autism.

Dr. Mark Geier has published many research papers linking vaccines to adverse outcomes. His review of the evidence linking thimerosal to adverse neurological outcomes in small children was especially strong. He has testified in many vaccine injury cases, and advised government agencies internationally on vaccine issues. He also treated vaccine-injured children.

No doubt his advocacy rubbed many (in government and industry) the wrong way. The Maryland Board of Physicians went after him, pulled his medical license, and made spiteful (and illegal) personal attacks on him and his family. Board members and staff then destroyed evidence and failed to produce documents when Dr. Geier fought back and brought suit against them.

Medical boards have acted in egregious ways before, no doubt believing that their acts were protected because they were behaving as an arm of state government. Dr. Geier's case demonstrates that they cannot necessarily act with impunity.

In a most interesting turn of events, each member of the Maryland board who participated in the illegal harrassment of Dr. Geier has been personally directed to pay punitive damages, based on his/her net worth (from $10,000 to $200,000) to Dr. Geier and his family. Yes: out of their own pockets. Explaining the unusual award, the judge wrote that "It is necessary in this case, unfortunately, to deter such conduct in the future."

I imagine other medical boards will take note, and this may deter them from capricious harrassment in future.

PANDEMIC OF THE VACCINATED

Craig Kelly, a member of the Australian Parliament from Sydney who has criticized most of the pandemic measures, uses the expulsion of Novak Djokovic as the springboard to present data from the UK, Iceland and Denmark to show that the vaccine actually increases your risk of getting COVID.

Earlier, I thought this might be due to factors like higher natural immunity in the unvaccinated. But with the ascension of Omicron, which transcends both natural immunity and vaccine-conveyed "immunity" I concede that the vaccines are in fact causing recipients to be more susceptible to curent COVID infections.

Franz Kafka at the Medical Board: I asked the Medical Board staff lots of questions regarding their authority to pursue me for unspecified charges, which they ignored
I was never told what the charge (or charges) were that I was expected to defend myself against.

I was never told under what authority misinformation and disinformation are now crimes, although the legislature has not deemed them crimes. Here are two email responses and queries I sent to the Board investigator and the assistant attorney general for Maine HHS, but neither one answered my questions.

1. You did not answer my question regarding the statutory basis for investigating something that happens in my personal life, outside the office. I await your sharing with me the law or regulation that authorizes the Board to investigate my private life.

2. The AMA is not a state or federal agency and nothing they issue has the force of law.

3. Since not one thing I said was mentioned in the complaint, how could I possibly respond to defend myself, when there is no charge? What precisely am I being charged with that I must defend against?

4. The above 3 important issues have not been addressed. When the Board, not the Board secretary, who has no authority to interpret Board law and decisions, and has failed to answer my questions, has answered them, I would be happy to respond.

You say you are legal counsel. I am not sure what AAG stands for. Are you an attorney? If not, what are you?

Assuming you are an attorney, if I wrote to your board and said I heard you say things that were unprofessional for a lawyer and demanded you defend yourself, I have no doubt you would ask for what specifically it was you said or did that you needed to defend.

Both your email and those of Ms. Okoronko indicate that I am being asked to defend myself for potentially anything I have ever said and done, on or off social media. No attorney would fall for that, and I have not either.

The board website says the board decides if a complaint is within its jurisdiction. I assume the board also decides if a so-called complaint is an actual complaint. Neither you nor Ms. O have chosen to answer my queries as to what the charge is and whether the board found it was within its jurisdiction, as required and noted on the Board’s website.

I’m flabbergasted that there is neither a specific charge nor evidence the board decided to proceed.

And, just to make it clear, I am an expert who has published many papers, testified to 6 different Congressional committees, consulted for the World Bank, Director of National Intelligence, the Government Accountability Office (GAO) etc. I have been interviewed by all major TV networks and US newspapers. I don’t make public statements without evidence. I have never had a malpractice case or adverse board event in 41 years practicing medicine.

I look forward to hearing from Ms. Okoronkwo or Mr. Miller or the Board with answers to my questions. I welcome a chance to defend myself, if in fact, there is anything to defend.

Federal health agencies haven’t recognized ivermectin as an effective treatment for COVID-19 patients. According to Doctor Leland Stillman, the reason is more political than scientific, because otherwise there would be no basis for lockdowns or vaccine mandates.
“If ivermectin were recognized by the public health and academic establishment as the drug that it is, that treats acute viral illnesses, one of which is COVID-19, the entire justification for lockdowns, mandates, let alone vaccine research and development would evaporate overnight,” Stillman told The Epoch Times in a recent interview.
According to Section 564 of the Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (pdf), the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) can only issue emergency use authorization if certain criteria are met, including “there is no adequate, approved, and available alternative to the product.”
So if there’s an approved alternative, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA)—an agency in HHS—can’t issue emergency use authorization for COVID-19 vaccines.
Stillman said it’s not a conspiracy theory or even an isolated opinion that ivermectin works for treating COVID-19, because tens of thousands of physicians all over the world have recognized its effectiveness...

Four prominent scientists who played key roles in shaping the public narrative around the origin of COVID-19 received substantial increases in grant money from the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), headed by Dr. Anthony Fauci, in the subsequent two years, a review of funding data by The Epoch Times has found.
Three of these scientists—Kristian Andersen, Robert Garry, and Michael Farzan—were advisers to a teleconference organized by Fauci held on Feb. 1, 2020, in response to increasing public questions about the origin of the virus.

On tonight's teleconference we'll have our first opportunity to hear from the new CEO of Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth, Roland Angle. He'll talk about what AE911Truth is doing today and where he would like to see it go in the future.

Roland has been a member of AE911Truth's board of directors since 2016, and he first got involved with the organization in its early days. He is the creator of AE's Project Due Diligence, which involves engineers making presentations on the World Trade Center evidence to engineering groups and chapters across the country. He also appeared in AE's 2012 film Explosive Evidence: Experts Speak Out.

Roland Angle is a civil engineer, who served in the U.S. Army Special Forces, where he was trained in the use of explosives. His 50 years of engineering experience has included designing and testing of blast-hardened missile launch facilities and designing U.S. Naval explosive containers, harbor terminal facilities, earth foundation systems, and hydraulic systems. In addition, Roland has owned three construction companies and has taught engineering subjects to high school students.

Our second presentation will be by Mick Harrison and Barbara Honegger of the Lawyers' Committee for 9/11 Inquiry. They will update us on their legal action before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Harrison made oral arguments last Friday that were live streamed. He argued that 9/11 victim family members, Ground Zero responders, and nonprofits have standing to sue the U.S. Attorney for obstructing their First Amendment petition to the grand jury.

On 21 December 1988, shortly before Pan Am Flight 103 took off from London's Heathrow airport at 18:25 hours, FBI Assistant Director Oliver "Buck" Revell reportedly rushed out onto the tarmac and pulled his son and daughter-in-law off the plane. The Lockerbie bombing was not the first time authorities were warned of an impending terrorist attack. The situation would repeat itself five years later in New York City, and seven years later in Oklahoma. It was an all too eerie coincidence.

Oliver 'Buck' Revell is the FBI's former Assistant Director who spent 30 years working his way up to the highest rank in career government service. Upon Buck Revell's retirement in 1994, he founded Revell Group International (RGI), a global network of former senior FBI, security service, intelligence, diplomatic, law enforcement and military officials with a broad range of international business and technical experience.[1] Revell graduated from East Tennessee State University and got his Masters from Temple University in Public Administration. He served four years in the Marines as an aviator and left as a Captain.[2]

The Hunt for Red Menace: The FBI Probe of CISPES

Many activists involved in Central America issues became aware of ham-handed snooping by Federal Bureau of Investigation agents in the early 1980's.In 1986 the Center for Investigative Reporting in California used the federal Freedom of Information Act to obtain FBI files which suggested a large-scale probe into CISPES. In 1987 testimony by a former FBI informant Frank Varelli also suggested a broad attack on CISPES by the FBI. Varelli later told reporters of the involvement of other governmental and private right-wing groups in targeting CISPES.
Some 1300 pages of additional FBI files released in 1988 by New York's Center for Constitutional Rights (CCR), on behalf of CISPES, reveal in sharp detail the extent and nature of the FBI probe into CISPES. More importantly, the files show that the FBI, to justify its actions, accepted as fact a right-wing conspiratorial world-view which sees dissent as treason and resistance to oppression as terrorism.
The first FBI investigation of CISPES was launched in September of 1981to determine if CISPES should be forced to register under the Foreign Agents Registration Act. Among the documents used by the FBI to justify this CISPES probe, according to Congressional testimony by FBI official Oliver "Buck" Revell, was a 1981 article by a former FBI informant and ongoing right-wing private spy-John Rees. The Rees article appeared in Review of the News a magazine published by the paranoid ultra-right John Birch Society. This FBI investigation was terminated without indictments in December of 1981.
A second FBI investigation of CISPES began in March of 1983. It was premised on the right-wing conspiracy theory that CISPES was a cover for "terrorist" activity. To justify this view, the FBI relied not only on reports from its informant Varelli, but also in part on a conspiratorial analysis contained in a report written by Michael Boos, a staffer at the right-wing Young Americas Foundation. This FBI "counter-terrorism" investigation was terminated without indictments in 1985.

Though it almost certainly won’t work, it is a telling sign of where the field is heading

A police officer is at the scene of a murder. No witnesses. No camera footage. No obvious suspects or motives. Just a bit of hair on the sleeve of the victim’s jacket. DNA from the cells of one strand is copied and compared against a database. No match comes back, and the case goes cold.
Corsight AI, a facial recognition subsidiary of the Israeli AI company Cortica, purports to be devising a solution for that sort of situation by using DNA to create a model of a face that can then be run through a facial recognition system. It is a task that experts in the field regard as scientifically untenable.
Corsight unveiled its “DNA to Face” product in a presentation by chief executive officer Robert Watts and executive vice president Ofer Ronen intended to court financiers at the Imperial Capital Investors Conference in New York City on December 15. It was part of the company’s overall product road map, which also included movement and voice recognition. The tool “constructs a physical profile by analyzing genetic material collected in a DNA sample,” according to a company slide deck viewed by surveillance research group IPVM and shared with MIT Technology Review.

Corsight declined a request to answer questions about the presentation and its product road map. “We are not engaging with the press at the moment as the details of what we are doing are company confidential,” Watts wrote in an email.
But marketing materials show that the company is focused on government and law enforcement applications for its technology. Its advisory board consists only of James Woolsey, a former director of the CIA, and Oliver Revell, a former assistant director of the FBI.
The science that would be needed to support such a system doesn’t yet exist, however, and experts say the product would exacerbate the ethical, privacy, and bias problems facial recognition technology already causes. More worryingly, it’s a signal of the industry’s ambitions for the future, where face detection becomes one facet of a broader effort to identify people by any available means—even inaccurate ones.
This story was jointly reported with Donald Maye of IPVM who reported that "prior to this presentation, IPVM was unaware of a company attempting to commercialize a face recognition product associated with a DNA sample."
A checkered past
Corsight’s idea is not entirely new. Human Longevity, a “genomics-based, health intelligence” company founded by Silicon Valley celebrities Craig Venter and Peter Diamandis, claimed to have used DNA to predict faces in 2017. MIT Technology Review reported then that experts, however, were doubtful. A former employee of Human Longevity said the company can’t pick a person out of a crowd using a genome, and Yaniv Erlich, chief science officer of the genealogy platform MyHeritage, published a response laying out major flaws in the research.
A small DNA informatics company, Parabon NanoLabs, provides law enforcement agencies with physical depictions of people derived from DNA samples through a product line called Snapshot, which includes genetic genealogy as well as 3D renderings of a face. (Parabon publishes some cases on its website with comparisons between photos of people the authorities are interested in finding and renderings the company has produced.)

Robert Groden: has been researching the assassination of President John F. Kennedy since 1964 and is considered a leading critic of the Warren Commission. Robert has assembled the most photographic and film evidence on the case. He has also investigated the medical evidence and personally interviewed most of the medical professionals present that day. In 1975, Robert showed the Zapruder Film live on national television (Good Night America, ABC TV). As a result, he was invited to address the US House of Representatives to present the case for conspiracy via photographic and other evidence. Two days later, a resolution to reopen the investigation was introduced by Representative Thomas N. Downing of Virginia. This led to the creation of the House Select Committee to Investigate Assassinations. Robert was the staff photographic consultant for the life of the committee. He authored the dissenting opinion report for the HSCA photographic panel. He has consulted with other investigations since then. Mr. Groden has written 8 books on the assassination. He has consulted on numerous documentaries over the years. He worked with Oliver Stone on JFK. OLNEY, Ill. — Some of the nation’s foremost experts on the assassinations of John F. Kennedy and Martin Luther King Jr. will gather April 8-9 for a conference at Olney Central College.
* Political Assassinations of the 1960s: New Revelations in the Murders of JFK and MLK will explore, in an academic setting, the deaths of these iconic leaders focusing on new details, which have emerged with the release of previously withheld documents.
* The in-person event is free and open to the public. Those unable to attend can join via Zoom. The link may be accessed and purchased through www.projectjfk.com. The cost is $40.
* The conference will feature an outstanding array of authors, researchers, historians, educators and college professors who possess extensive knowledge on the subjects. Presentations will begin at 10 a.m. on April 8 and continue throughout the following day.
* Featured Speakers
* Brian Edwards has spent more than 40 years researching the JFK assassination. He has interviewed more than 50 of the Dealey Plaza witnesses along with Dallas police officers and detectives who were directly involved in the investigation of President Kennedy’s assassination and the murder of Officer J.D. Tippit. In addition, he has interviewed 10 of the doctors and medical personnel who were inside Trauma Room 1 at Parkland Hospital. He has also interviewed many of the Navy corpsmen who were on duty at Bethesda Naval Medical Center on November 22, 1963. In 1993, Edwards was granted a two-day interview with Marina Oswald-Porter at her home in Rockwall, Texas. Brian is featured in the Showtime documentary, JFK revisited: Through The Looking Glass by Oliver Stone.

* David Knight has been an academic researcher and lecturer on the murder of President John F. Kennedy since 1989. He has produced several documentary films with Project JFK.

* Casey Quinlan is the director of Project JFK and has been the featured lecturer at many universities throughout the Midwest. In 1991, he was a guest historian for the A & E Network and the History Channel for Oliver Stone’s blockbuster movie, JFK. His first publication, Beyond the Fence Line: The Eyewitness Testimony of Ed Hoffman and the Murder of President Kennedy, continues to be a best-seller.

* David Denton has been a history professor at Olney Central College in Illinois since 1990. He has given numerous presentations across Illinois and Indiana at both public libraries and forums. He participated in the Illinois Humanities Council speakers’ bureau from 1995 to 2002, giving presentations on the Vietnam War, Lee Harvey Oswald, and the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. In 2001, he began teaching a course on political assassinations of the 1960s, which explores the deaths of President Kennedy, Robert Kennedy, and Martin Luther King Jr.
* Gary Shaw was formerly co-director with Larry N. Howard of the JFK Assassination Information Center in Dallas. He was co-author with Larry R. Harris of Cover-Up: The Government Conspiracy to Conceal the facts About the Public Execution of John Kennedy. He also is the co-author with Charles Crenshaw of Trauma Room One.
* Ryan Jones is the Museum Educator at the National Civil Rights Museum in Memphis, Tenn. An MLK historian, he has presented at history conferences about the assassinations of President John F. Kennedy and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and on other topics related to the civil rights movement of the 1960s.
* Larry Rivera is Chairman of the Oswald Innocence Campaign. He has made a lifelong study of the JFK assassination, making hit first trip to Dealey Plaza in 1991. He has published many articles on the assassination and has many YouTube videos covering his research. He has given numerous presentations on the assassination. He has a degree in Computer Networking and is an expert at computer imaging technology and facial recognition, using state of the art digital overlays.
