An octogenarian convicted of murdering a New Jersey state trooper nearly 50 years ago in one of the state's most infamous crimes should be released from prison, attorneys argued before the state Supreme Court on Monday, despite the state parole board concluding he is a risk to commit future crimes.
Sundiata Acoli was known as Clark Edward Squire when he was convicted of the 1973 killing of State Trooper Werner Foerster during a traffic stop on the New Jersey Turnpike.
Also convicted was Joanne Chesimard, a member of the Black Panther Party and Black Liberation Army who later escaped from prison in New Jersey and fled to Cuba. She changed her named to Assata Shakur and remains a fugitive, becoming in 2013 the first woman to be included on the FBI's list of most wanted terrorists.

FBI Chief Internal Watchdog Pleads Guilty to Pedophilia

Tuesday February 17, 2004 11:46 PM

By JOHN SOLOMON

WASHINGTON - The former chief internal watchdog at the FBI has pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting a 6-year-old girl and has admitted he had a history of molesting other children before he joined the bureau for what became a two-decade career.

John H. Conditt Jr., 53, who retired in 2001, was sentenced last week to 12 years in prison in Tarrant County court in Fort Worth, Texas, after he admitted he molested the daughter of two FBI agents after he retired. He acknowledged molesting at least two other girls before he began his law enforcement career, his lawyer said.

The allegations were fleshed out -- so to speak -- in Official and Confidential: the Secret Life of J. Edgar Hoover by Anthony Summer.  A  review of the book ("Partners For Life") by Sidney Urquhart for Time magazine summarizes one alleged incident as follows:

Perhaps Summers' most bizarre revelation is an account provided by Susan Rosenstiel, the wife of a liquor distiller and gambling crony. Rosenstiel recalls attending what she thought would be an elegant private party at New York City's Plaza Hotel in the company of lawyer Roy Cohn, Hoover and others. Instead, Cohn introduced Rosenstiel to a woman named "Mary," dressed in a fluffy black dress, lace stockings and high heels. It was obvious Mary was no woman. "You could see where he shaved. It was Hoover," said Rosenstiel. Joined by Cohn, Hoover stripped down to a tiny garter belt and proceeded to have sex with two young boys. Cohn later joked about the evening. "That was really something, wasn't it, with Mary Hoover?"

The "two young boys" with whom Hoover allegedly had sex perhaps were provided by Ed "the Skull" Murphy who was a long-time Genovese associate involved in the crime family's gay bar and boy prostitution rackets in New York City. Adolf Hitler

Adolph Hitler (1889-1945) was leader of the National Socialist (Nazi) Party and Chancellor of Germany from 1933-1945; he led that country into World War II in 1939. The documents in this file range from 1933 to 1947, but primarily fall either in 1933 or between 1945 and 1947. In 1933, the FBI investigated an assassination threat made against Hitler. In the aftermath of Germany’s surrender in 1945, western Allied forces suspected that Hitler had committed suicide but did not immediately find evidence of his death. At the time, it was feared that Hitler may have escaped in the closing days of the war, and searches were made to determine if he was still alive. FBI Files indicate that the Bureau investigated some of the rumors of Hitler’s survival

LAPD officers are firing bullets and ‘less lethal’ rounds at same time, with deadly results
The approach gave the ‘less lethal’ options little or no time to work and resulted in five deaths, according to a Times review of nearly 50 recent shootings.

An official Massachusetts deaths database reveals a shift from 2020 respiratory deaths to 2021 cardiovascular deaths/Coquin de Chien

Regular readers of my work know how I have decried the lack of reliable data during the COVID experience.  CDC collects a tremendous amount of information, including all death certificates and all COVID test results that are processed in labs, hospital and outpatient records from many millions of Americans, and much more.  But before we can see any of it, the data get processed in CDC's magic numbers machine, which always spits out the numbers that match the narrative.  With a $15 billion budget and about 12,000 employees, which includes generous grants to hundreds of health departments, NGOs and its own advisors' institutions, the magic keeps on coming.  CDC long ago learned to copy the Fauci method:  make everyone you need beholden to you.  It works.
But here and there, individuals have said no.  Enough is enough.  The carnage is too great.

And so three military doctor whistleblowers released the DMEDD data to the public.

And an employee in Massachusetts' public health office released the death data file to Coquin de Chien.  The Coquin de Chien (mischievous dog), unlike most of us including myself, knows his way around numbers and ICD-10 codes.

He also has a lot of patience and precision.  I love it when people take a question and then use a variety of approaches to address it to see if they yield the same answer.  Our mischievous dog did so, and the data revealed some interesting things.

First, I have to warn you that it is tough going to get through the analysis.  The Chien kindly walked me through it on zoom, which was a big advantage I have over you.  He suggests skipping to the end if you are not interested in the gory details.

What he found, which only applies to Massachusetts, is that there was a huge wave of deaths during the 2020 spring, paralleling NYC, and there were relatively few deaths due to COVID thereafter.

But while the early deaths occurred mostly in the elderly, later deaths struck younger people.

While the early deaths were respiratory, the later deaths were more likely to be circulatory.

Recall me writing about the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS--I agree it ought to have 2 M's but it doesn't) data that FDA posted last July?  FDA found increased heart attacks, pulmonary emboli, disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC) and immune thromboytopenic purpura (ITP) cases in the Pfizer vaccinated versus the unvaccinated.  They promised to study this rigorously and get back to us, but it's now 9 months later and they have not reported back.

The Chien found that all these causes of death increased after the COVID vaccines rolled out.  While COVID deaths dropped from 2020 to 2021, deaths from pulmonary emboli increased by 64% in 2021 compared to 2020.  Below is some of what he had to say:
CONCLUSION
Three of the four questions posed have been answered:
1. There is an anomaly in all-cause deaths beyond the obvious 8 to 10-week spring 2020 pandemic. The anomaly lasted nearly all of 2021, but manifests visually only from July 2021 through the end of the year and continues into 2022. The first half of 2021, the anomaly was negated by the lack of 85+yo deaths evident by the vertical light blue stripe on the right of the 2021 heat map
2. The people affected in 2021 may be considered old, but they are younger on average than in the 2020 C19 pandemic as seen in the vertical pink alley in 2021 heat map.
3. In order to achieve an all-cause excess mortality of 10% to 20% during 2021, any single or few multiple cause increase would have to be higher in order to affect the all-cause full population denominator. Indeed circulatory system issues are much higher and account for many excess deaths in the order of thousands, but are likely masked by the numerous bleeds and deposits of clots yielding a smattering of different “I” and “D” and “R” codes.
4. No effort is made in this article to tie the C19 gene modification biological injectable product to a mechanism for the circulatory system deaths. Any doctor, scientist, or pedestrian reader can make that inference from the overwhelming correlative data herein. There are tens of thousands of life years lost in 2021 in excess of what was expected by any mathematical formula. These are not from C19. The math does not work out.
Observations
* In the C19 pandemic year of 2020, Total PE’s were up between 23% and 28% over 2015-2019 mean.
* In the C19 gene modification year of 2021, Total PE’s were up between 38% and 46% over 2015-2019 mean.
* Every age group over 24 y/o shows significant excess PE’s in 2021 despite significant excess in 2020 that should have emptied the well, so to speak
Observations
* In the C19 pandemic year of 2020, Total DIC’s were up between 18% and 26% over 2015-2019 mean.
* In the C19 gene modification year of 2021, Total PE’s were up between 18% and 29% over 2015-2019 mean.
Observations
* In the C19 pandemic year of 2020, total thrombocytopenia involved deaths were up between 12% and 25% over 2015-2019 mean.
*
* In the C19 gene modification year of 2021, total thrombocytopenia involved deaths were up between 24% and 43% over 2015-2019 mean.

The Life & Times (And Trial) of Ed Buck
Wed Jul 21, 2021 11:34 pm
In a sentence, Edward Bernard Peter Buckmelter is a deplorable pervert who was allowed to keep killing men because they were powerless and he was powerful. This is not exactly a new story. What makes Ed interesting is his larger network of influence - he sits at the center of the California Democrat Complex, which is managed by three very interesting ruling families and happens to own the current Vice President of the United States. That Veep also happens to be serving alongside an old man who is showing painfully visible evidence of cognitive decline.

Ed is interesting for another reason: precisely why he is a Cali Dem fixture is unclear aside from his money, and the question of how he got his money is also fuzzy math. It's crazy to imply that most political operatives who get similar coverage - and the ostensible opposition broadcasts - are just playing for the same team.

Some basics:
what was the "three-month internship" that took Edward Bernard Peter Buckmelter to Yugoslavia in college and started his modeling career?
what was the network that took him to Paris, Amsterdam and Tokyo from there?

Buck showed back up in AZ in '80 and worked as a bike messenger for 18 months - then bought the business he worked for @ $250k - how did he put up that money and who co-financed that?
who did he sell Gopher Courier to in 1986 for "more than a million dollars profit" ?

when he then piled that income into "a restaurant and getting into the pay telephone business, on both of which he lost money" and "owned a $280,000 house on top of a hill" outside Phoenix, how did keep making dough from '86 through '91?
did he even have to?

how did he make enough dough to later donate "a total of $500,000 to political candidates and causes, almost all of them linked to the Democratic Party" - was it peanut butter sandwiches 3x meals per day?
does the International Gay Rodeo have any OC overlaps? Yes? How many?

was Buckmelter's Gopher sale related to his 1986 founding of the "Mecham Watchdog Committee," which helped impeach AZ gov Evan Meacham in 1988?
after Meacham was replaced by AZ mafia stalwart Rose Mofford, what happened between '88 and Ed "retiring" to West Hollywood in '91?

if so many people in West Hollywood are willing to gossip about Buck being a vengeful psychopath, why isn't more of that showing up in reporting on him?
how long has he been using LGBT / black activism to cover up for his fetishing involving black men passed out on drugs?

is it weird to have a DA you gave money to decline to charge you for a corpse in your crib? is that weird?
how common is the subculture that Ed Buck represents and how many men in LA county can we connect to him without even trying?

That last bit is tough to answer because the social grid around Ed is both widespread and kind of clumsy. There is a lot to get gleaned between what gets reported and what gets admitted.

ELECTIONS
Mailing It In? Experts Doubt USPS Can Get a Handle on Ballots This Fall
ELISE KLINE 08/13/22

http://www.thelandesreport.com/votingsecurity.htm

There is no transparency to our current voting system. Under the U.S. Constitution and case law, qualified citizens have two constitutional rights: 1) to vote, and 2) to have their votes counted properly.  For that right to be enforced by federal and state authorities, the voting process must be observable.
U.S. elections are not transparent or observable. When Congress and state governments opened the door to increased voting rights, 'convenient' access, and secret ballots, they closed the door to effective transparency and meaningful oversight of the voting process. Now we have computer voting, early and mail-in voting, drop boxes, and electronic voting for the military...taken together they have destroyed any semblance of election integrity or legitimacy. Things weren't always this way.
BEFORE the Civil War, voting was a completely transparent process.  It was only during the Civil War, as the right to vote expanded to African Americans, that the voting process itself began to recede from public view and meaningful oversight.  It started with absentee voting for soldiers only in the 1860’s, secret ballots in the 1880’s, and voting machines in the 1890’s.  Today in America, more than 50% of all voting is by absentee, mail, or early, 95% of all votes are machine-processed, and 100% of all ballots are secret and anonymous. For the sake of convenience and 'alleged' voter protection, Congress has destroyed the transparency, verifiability, and integrity of America’s voting process.
The 'secret ballot' is a 'blank check' for vote fraud. It has had the biggest negative impact on our ability to truly verify election results. While our politicians are required to vote publicly and openly, we citizens are held to a different standard - a lower standard.  We vote remotely, privately and anonymously by machine, absentee, early, and secret ballot. It's an invitation to massive and undetectable vote fraud.  That is why, there should be only one standard of voting for both our political representatives and voters. All voting should be open and public - no machines, no absentee, no early voting, and no secret ballots. Secret ballots are really anonymous ballots that corrupt election officials can count any way they want. Why one standard of voting for politicians and another for the public?  Under current circumstances, the only thing candidates and voters can do  to find out how citizens really voted is to conduct their own CITIZEN AUDITS.
Making matters worse, our public voting system has been privatized and outsourced to a handful of domestic, foreign, and multi-national corporations. For the most part, our elections are counted by 3 major companies (ES&S, Dominion, and Hart Intercivic) whose owner(s) and/or technical staff could easily rig voting machines manually or wirelessly (either touchscreens or ballot readers); these companies and/or their subcontractors could also rig elections while inputting the candidates’ names for each new election, or simply write the software to tabulate more votes for one party over the other. See 2005 video: Danaher VP admits that they can rig an election
Can't we detect vote fraud through exit polls?  The major news networks refuse to report on vote fraud and have been implicated in it. Exit polling is conducted by one organization, currently called the National Election Pool (NEP), that is hired by the major news networks and the Associated Press. Since they first started "projecting" election night winners in 1964, at the same time computerized ballot scanners came into use, the major news networks have never provided any 'hard' evidence that they actually conducted any exit polls, at all.  In other words, the major news corporations broadcast their own pre-election surveys based on anonymous sources, collect vote totals on Election Day in a manner they refuse to disclose, and back-up those results with their own exit polls based on more anonymous sources.  The late authors of the book, VoteScam: The Stealing of America, James M. Collier and Kenneth E. Collier, concluded that some of the major news networks, including the polling organization that they hire for election night reporting, have been complicit in vote fraud.
In America, less than 1% of votes are hand-counted-paper-ballots at the polls on Election Day. Neither government-controlled audits nor official recounts (both can occur days or even weeks after the election) provide sufficient transparency to detect widespread election fraud by voting machines companies and/or election officials.  Moreover, the U.S. Justice Department (DOJ), under the 38-year reign of Craig C. Donsanto, refuses to seriously  investigate or prosecute electronic vote fraud.
“If you did it right, no one would ever know,” said Craig C. Donsanto, head of the U.S. Department of Justice’s Election Crimes Branch, Public Integrity Section (from 1970-2010) in a July 4,1989 Los Angeles Times article about electronic voting machines and vote fraud. (See DOJ & FBI complicity))At the highest levels, both political parties, the U.S. government, Big Tech, and major news media are well aware of this situation because they are complicit in it. (See Exit Polls) At the very least, election counting should be local and consist of only paper ballots and hand counts at the local polling precincts on election day - no machines, no computers, no absentee, no mail-in, and no emails. See Paper Ballots
For those who cannot make it to the polls on Election Day, designated teams of poll workers together with poll watchers should visit places such as nursing homes in order to conduct onsite elections and deliver those ballots to the local polling station to be counted on that day, Election Day, maintaining transparency and chain-of-custody requirements.  Similarly, polls could be set up at embassies, consulates, and military bases for citizens living overseas. And for those who don’t believe we can get enough people to count ballots, election officials have every right to draft citizens into service, as is done with jury duty. Hand counting isn’t rocket science. Other countries around the world do it for their elections.

The Informant: The FBI, the Ku Klux Klan, and the Murder of Viola Liuzzo Paperback – November 30, 2011
by Gary May (Author)
In The Informant, historian Gary May reveals the untold story of the murder of civil rights worker Viola Liuzzo, shot to death by members of the violent Birmingham Ku Klux Klan at the end of Martin Luther King’s historic Voting Rights March in 1965. The case drew national attention and was solved almost instantly, because one of the Klansman present during the shooting was Gary Thomas Rowe, an undercover FBI informant. At the time, Rowe’s information and subsequent testimony were heralded as a triumph of law enforcement. But as Gary May reveals in this provocative and powerful book, Rowe’s history of collaboration with both the Klan and the FBI was far more complex.
Based on previously unexamined FBI and Justice Department Records, The Informant demonstratesthat in their ongoing efforts to protect Rowe’s cover, the FBI knowingly became an accessory to some of the most grotesque crimes of the Civil Rights era--including a vicious attack on the Freedom Riders and perhaps even the bombing of the Sixteenth Street Baptist Church.

US And EU Nations Request The Most User Data From Tech Companies, Obtain It More Than Two-Thirds Of The Time
Studies
from the may-as-well-just-be-government-contractors dept
Tue, Mar 28th 2023 03:15pm - Tim Cushing
Most tech companies handling data requests from governments now publish transparency reports. As everything moves towards always-online status (including, you know, your fridge), social media platforms and other online services have become the favored targets of government data requests. It just makes sense to look there first rather than out there in the real world, where people (and their communications) are that much more difficult to locate.
