That story about potential death threats against the unidentified officer who fired the shot that killed Robert Finicum may be a ruse to help create a bad image of anyone who expresses belief that Finicum's death was pre-planned.

Maybe such threats are being claimed just because they want to keep the identity of the murderer under wraps and out of the public eye, which could surely be done if the Bundy's, etc., are being tried under clauses of the Patriot Act, or one of the NDAA acts, or perhaps the 1996 Terrorist Act (Antiterrorism and Effective Death Penalty Act of 1996).
I.e., the public would not be able to scrutinize the evidence and testimony for and against the individual . . . for national security reasons, of course.

DCWhispers.com shows a photo of Barack Obama shaking hands with John Poindexter, a Texas millionaire businessman noted for being a donor to the Democrat Party and who also received an award from Barack Obama related to his military service in Vietnam. Poindexter is the owner of the Cibolo Creek Ranch where Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia was found dead.
Michael Savage said Poindexter specialised in covert warfare in Nam, had met Scalia once before and had connections to mercenaries.
Savage had a caller who knew an assassin and he stated a way to put a hit on Scalia was someone at the ranch inject his toothpaste with a poison which induces the body into paralysis. Scalia ate supper , did he then brush his teeth before bed?
If his body was poisoned and paralysed it gave the opportunity for him to be smothered by a pillow and explains why his pyjamas and sheets weren't ruffled. The pillow was left on his face as a warning.

Starmann points to the fact that the story appears to keep changing, with initial reports that Scalia had died of a heart attack later denied. Now that Scalia is gone and likely to be replaced by a leftist activist judge, Starmann fears that the constitution is about to be eviscerated.
“Scalia was the tie breaking judge, the man who could push back any liberal policies being shoved through the court. With Scalia’s death, the Obama Administration or a future Hillary Clinton Administration has a green door to confiscate guns, flood the country with illegals and wreck the Constitution,” he writes.

They asked “Do you believe black lives matter?” before ambushing him. The Bronze Star recipient was knocked unconscious and robbed of $400, a VA medical card, three credit cards and other belongings.
“I remember this group of teens harassing me while I was eating. They surrounded my table and kept on asking me, ‘Do you believe black lives matter?'” Marquez told the Daily Caller on Monday. “Then they started calling me a racist.
A teenager wearing a white shirt knocked Marquez unconscious before others swooped in to take his belongings.
The criminals who took Marquez’s money spent it in a liquor store, a Five Guys restaurant and a Walmart, bank transactions showed. Police were already looking for the group in connection to a separate incident.

"The battle of religious freedom took center stage in the middle of 2015 when Kentucky County Clerk Kim Davis refused to issue a homosexual couple a marriage license on account of her religious beliefs.
The whole story was quite volatile, and Kim Davis was even threatened with arrest if she didn’t comply with a court order to grant the marriage license.
She was eventually jailed and then later released for her contempt of court, Davis gained massive amount of support for standing up for her beliefs.
And now, the Kentucky Senate just passed a bill that would have protected her.
The Kentucky senate overwhelmingly passed a bill on Thursday changing the state’s marriage license to accommodate the religious liberty issues raised during the Kim Davis controversy last fall.
The bill removes the names of country clerks from the marriage license, which is the accommodation that Davis’ legal team sought in federal court. Additionally, the bill creates a separate marriage form for same-sex couples taking out any reference to “bride” or “groom.” Senate Bill 5 passed 30-8.
“Former Democratic Gov. Steve Beshear changed the marriage license form [for all couples] last summer once same-sex marriages became legal, removing ‘bride’ and ‘groom’ and replacing it with ‘first party’ and ‘second party,'” Fox News reported.
“Quite frankly, it’s almost disrespectful to the traditional family,” said Republican state Sen. John Schickel. “That’s why, wisely, we decided to have two forms. That has nothing to do with bigotry, nothing to do with discrimination. It has to do with the vast majority of Kentuckians that respect traditional marriage.”
Democrat Sen. Morgan McGarvey offered an amendment, which failed, that would have created one form, where couples could check “bride,” “groom,” or “spouse” beside their names.

"The battle of religious freedom took center stage in the middle of 2015 when Kentucky County Clerk Kim Davis refused to issue a homosexual couple a marriage license on account of her religious beliefs.
The whole story was quite volatile, and Kim Davis was even threatened with arrest if she didn’t comply with a court order to grant the marriage license.
She was eventually jailed and then later released for her contempt of court, Davis gained massive amount of support for standing up for her beliefs.
And now, the Kentucky Senate just passed a bill that would have protected her.
The Kentucky senate overwhelmingly passed a bill on Thursday changing the state’s marriage license to accommodate the religious liberty issues raised during the Kim Davis controversy last fall.
The bill removes the names of country clerks from the marriage license, which is the accommodation that Davis’ legal team sought in federal court. Additionally, the bill creates a separate marriage form for same-sex couples taking out any reference to “bride” or “groom.” Senate Bill 5 passed 30-8.
“Former Democratic Gov. Steve Beshear changed the marriage license form [for all couples] last summer once same-sex marriages became legal, removing ‘bride’ and ‘groom’ and replacing it with ‘first party’ and ‘second party,'” Fox News reported.
“Quite frankly, it’s almost disrespectful to the traditional family,” said Republican state Sen. John Schickel. “That’s why, wisely, we decided to have two forms. That has nothing to do with bigotry, nothing to do with discrimination. It has to do with the vast majority of Kentuckians that respect traditional marriage.”
Democrat Sen. Morgan McGarvey offered an amendment, which failed, that would have created one form, where couples could check “bride,” “groom,” or “spouse” beside their names.

The man left, only to return to the dressing room again a short while later during a youth swim time. We want everyone to feel comfortable in our facilities.” However, this last statement is simply a lie. This policy actually makes more people uncomfortable than who were uncomfortable before the policy was put in place.
Apparently, the liberals in Charlotte, North Carolina don’t care about the concerns of the majority of the population because the city council just approved a new law that is strikingly similar to Seattle’s. After raucous debate and majority disapproval, the Charlotte City Council approved a new law that will allow men to use bathroom and changing facilities also used by girls.
The changes mean businesses in Charlotte can’t discriminate against gay, lesbian or transgender customers, in addition to long-standing protections based on race, age, religion and gender. The ordinance applies to places of public accommodation, such as bars, restaurants and stores. It also applies to taxis.
The most controversial part of the ordinance would allow transgender residents to use either a men’s or women’s bathroom, depending on the gender with which they identify.
The bathroom provision sparked the most opposition, with opponents mostly worried about the safety of women and girls in a public bathroom with people who were born male. Supporters said those fears were overblown, and that transgender people are at risk of violence in the bathroom.
It is simply foolish to argue that the law will protect LGBT citizens because any business in a major metropolitan area that did this would assuredly lose their business. No customer wants to be associated with such discrimination. In fact, the only people who need to worry about discrimination are the citizens forced to worry about men bathing with their daughters at the local gym or pool.
Thankfully, the North Carolina state legislature seems a bit more connected to reality than Charlotte’s lawmakers are. Governor Pat McCrory (R-NC) and the state’s General Assembly will likely be moving to strike down the ordinance and allow the voters to decide the issue by referendum.
The Reverend Franklin Graham sounded a heartbroken note when mentioning the city’s awful decision.

It’s not over though. North Carolina Governor Pat McCrory has been clear that this is a bad policy and said if the city passed it, immediate legislative action would likely be taken by the state. They asked a bunch of ppl to pray against the attack and then finally got him on a secured line..and so a full hour into the show they were finally back on the air and connected to Dr Broer and the first thing he said was “I am in no way suicidal.” He was super nervous holding onto this info…afraid he’d be taken out Hastings style before he got a chance to say it publicly. So listen to this short clip of him breaking the story.

In 1989, Sharpton libeled innocent law enforcement officers in the Tawana Brawley rape hoax — resulting in a libel judgment against him. Then in 1990, a Sharpton-led mob screamed “Whore!” at a rape victim and roughed up cameramen outside the trial of the Central Park rapists (who were guilty).
Sharpton isn’t some random nut Hillary and Bernie have vaguely heard of. Two weeks ago, Bernie Sanders publicly met with Sharpton to ask for his blessing. Hillary will be making the same pilgrimage soon. My advice is, bring your checkbook.
David Duke doesn’t speak at Republican national conventions; Sharpton was given a prominent speaking slot at the Democratic National Convention less than a decade after his demagoguery outside Freddy’s ended in the deaths of seven innocent people (this was also a quarter century after Duke left the Klan).
Duke isn’t invited to the White House to advise Republican presidents. Sharpton has officially visited Obama’s White House at least 72 times.
Duke has never been given a TV show where he gets to ask questions of elected officials. Guess who was?
In fact, now that I think about it, Duke has no connection to any GOP official whatsoever!
When David Duke is invited to give a prime-time address at the Republican National Convention, maybe the media can ask Republican candidates to “disavow” him. Until then, how about asking the Democrats about their supporters?
Democratic presidential candidate Michael Dukakis was endorsed by Willie Horton, a vicious murderer, who, after being released by Dukakis, broke into a Maryland couple’s home, tortured and raped them.
Dukakis wasn’t asked to disavow Willie Horton’s endorsement. To the contrary! President Bush was called on to repudiate a flier connecting Dukakis to Horton — whose release from “life in prison” was 100 percent the result of Dukakis’ idiotic furlough policy. Bush’s campaign chairman James A. Baker III acquiesced and disavowed the flier, in keeping with the GOP motto, “Groveling Always Works!”
Jimmy Carter was endorsed by Cuban dictator Fidel Castro and Obama was endorsed by Venezuelan dictator Hugo Chavez — as well as his own friend, Pentagon-bomber William Ayers. Bernie Sanders has supporters who admired the world’s greatest mass murder, Josef Stalin.
But never, ever, ever will Democrats be asked to “disavow” the lunatics who support them. The ritualistic demand for “disavowals” is a game played exclusively with Republicans.
The media probably can’t believe their luck, tricking Republicans into apologizing for people they have nothing to do with, while the Democrats happily accept the support of cop-killers, rapists, murderers, anti-Semitic race hustlers and domestic terrorists.”

Just one day after the DOJ unveiled it had indicted Chesapeake Founder and former CEO Aubrey McClendon on federal charges of conspiring to rig bids for oil and natural gas leases, the Oklahoma Police announced he was found dead in a car accident.
McClendon crashed into an embankment while traveling at a "high rate of speed" in Oklahoma City on Wednesday morning, said Capt. Paco Balderrama of the Oklahoma City Police Department. McClendon's vehicle was engulfed in flame before responders could pull McClendon’s body from the vehicle.
