I think I tend to agree with the spirit of the post, but Jeb honestly isn't even in the running. His fundraising dropped off long ago, and Rubio is going to take his place. The rules have been changed, with Trump's lead. They'll expend somebody to take him down, like Carson, Cruz, and maybe Graham? Fiorina will probably stay in a while, because she's not a threat, ditto with Christie. Christie is also very far behind.

The establishment group will be propped up as long as it takes to remove Trump (a wildcard), if possible, but only long enough to work as a bloc, until he's gone and they can cannibalize each other's support. But you are absolutely right that the game is rigged, and the level of manipulation and subtlety is simply beyond the intellectual capacity of most to comprehend. It's simply too big for most to piece together, though all of the variables are hiding in plain sight (like Rubio's announcement to leave the Senate a few hours ago).

There are mechanisms in the political process system to ensure just about any possible outcome. The public ultimately thinks they have the say (just like people and their silly divisions over "their" sports teams), but ultimately they are of very little consequence to the process. A television ad here, some tweets there, and the whole system does what it's supposed to. Still, overwhelming consensus in the populace is enough to effect social change, but most people are too apathetic to engage themselves in the discourse. That's why I started the thread, so we can address the very real threat of Socialism. But other people have said, most LDS people like most Republicans love socialism. They also love tyranny over their neighbors, but that's a topic for another thread.

Trump is a progressive, and I believe a NWOer/Cartel member who is set up as a plant in case a progressive (Hillary) doesn't win. It is all a charade and a cover because voter fraud will pick who it is to be, but they keep the battle going to distract citizens from seeing it is fraud, so they believe it is a legitimate race and vote.

The Republican nominee is going to be Jeb Bush. I don't care what his polling numbers say, and I still think Mitt Romney will be his VP, Chief of Staff, Secretary of State, or some other high cabinet position.

Something will happen behind the scenes to bring about this change of fortune.

None of it really matters. The NWO has the events of the tribulations that are man made in place, and the next President will continue with the same policy to destroy borders and the security of America, so they can succeed, and bring in foreign troops, martial law, etc. The only need for a President is to keep up appearances, and shut down any attempts from conservatives to overthrow and overturn corrupt laws and violations of our Constitution already in place to enable their agenda.

I am curious as to why you think those things. Is it a gut feeling, or is there some information that points to that? Do you think there will be a coup at the convention? I'm basing my opinion on Jeb from his most recent fundraiser attendance. It's virtually non existent. But if there's one thing that will rocket the demise of the republican party, it would be definitely be fielding any combination of Bush/Romney. I'm still interested in the way you came to that idea, though, genuinely.

Well, regardless, not everyone is defeatist and resigned to just give up and roll over. And We wrestle with ideologies. I can't name a single candidate running for any office who isn't a "progressive." Most of them have the additional trait of "tyrant," and busybodied hypocrites. The system is indeed broken, and will remain so as long as words like "progressive" are thrown around as insults. Very few "conservatives" are actually conservative. I've been around the political block for long enough to be disgusted by their revision of the term.

They're NeoCons who have been jumped on the bandwagon, who believe in neither liberty, nor freedom. If a candidate today says, "Conservative" they unfailingly mean, "big government," but they just promise that they'll be "the big government who only bludgeons your neighbor, and not you." True CONSTITUTIONAL conservatives exist, but they're not running for President this time around.

Isn't that akin to fans of Andrea on TWD wanting the series to resurrect her in some way?

Research Bush investments - i.e. CIA and company....and voting machine companies (only two that matter).

Clintons work for Bush...level down the pecking order ladder.

I agree that Jeb looks like he is dead in the water, but I think he will rise as others drop out and he picks up their supporters. I don't care what the polls say, I think Carson will fade away (sadly, I don't think America will elect another black President anytime soon) and Trump will drop out eventually. I think Rubio is a shining star who would make a nice VP pick, but if Jeb is the nominee, he will choose Romney (the new Dick Cheney) instead. You won't see 2 from the same state (Fl) running together. Just a hunch.
