I only have texted what has been written for the heads of Ephraim.
Do a simple study, of section 42, and pay careful attention what the word "residue" has happening before it becomes "residue".
Understand I have to give all the scriptures with the words of the LORD, claiming to be the "law to be embraced by the chuch" their just do consideration of just what "is" the LORD saying we are to do, and just how are we supposed to be, and just what are we to know about his "law to be embraced by the church".
You want a positive take on these the LORD's annointed of the house of Ephraim?
Ok, they all should get academy awards, for their parts in fullfilling the words of Hosea thus far perfectly.

An attack is an attack. Evil speaking is evil speaking. Criticism is criticism.
LDS Leadership can read those words themselves. Let the words speak for themself. We must keep our covenants.
Some things are not our place.
No problem discussing ideas and "what if's".

The word of the LORD, davedan, is to weep and howl, and sound the alarm, and to spare not, to show his people their transgressions, and to blow the trumpet in Zion of these things. It is the teachings of men to be silent on these matters, and to pray, pay and obey.
You can follow the teachings of men that say, "follow us, we cannot lead you astray", or you can follow the words of Jesus Christ which he gave to Isaiah which you have been commanded to read, which say, "O my people, they which lead thee cause thee to err, and destroy the way of thy paths".
Search the words of Jesus Christ, throughout the "One Stick" and come to know and understand what is upon this House of Ephraim even now.
None of it's leaders speak and walk and talk with Jesus Christ or with angels like Moroni, whom Joseph Smith met with many times over many years. And even President Hinkely admitted in a news interview that face to face meetings as Joseph Smith had were no longer the case but only the still small voice.
And Jesus Christ has testified through the scriptures that he will hide his face from these leaders of the House of Ephraim, till they acknowledge their offence against him, of rejecting the fullness of his Gospel.
You may freely choose to be silent, to pray, pay and obey, these that lead you to err, and destroy the way of thy paths, or you may freely choose to follow Jesus Christ, and cry out, weeping and howling, and sounding the alarm for the destruction that awaits these people, if they hearken not unto Jesus Christ, and the fullness of his Gospel, and cease this robbery of God; the choice is up to you of your own freewill. Fear not man, but God.
Search your heart, search the words of Jesus Christ, see what you see.♡

Yes, weep and howl about the corruption of the world but not against Zion, the temple, or her leaders.
Doctrine and Covenants 110:6
6 Let the hearts of your brethren rejoice, and let the hearts of all my people rejoice, who have, with their might, built this house to my name.
Isaiah 66:10
10 Rejoice ye with Jerusalem, and be glad with her, all ye that love her: rejoice for joy with her, all ye that mourn for her:
Isaiah 65:18
18 But be ye glad and rejoice for ever in that which I create: for, behold, I create Jerusalem a rejoicing, and her people a joy.
Doctrine and Covenants 88:33
33 For what doth it profit a man if a gift is bestowed upon him, and he receive not the gift? Behold, he rejoices not in that which is given unto him, neither rejoices in him who is the giver of the gift.
Doctrine and Covenants 97:21
21 Therefore, verily, thus saith the Lord, let Zion rejoice, for this is Zion—the pure in heart; therefore, let Zion rejoice, while all the wicked shall mourn.
Isaiah 56:7
7 Even them will I bring to my holy mountain, and make them joyful in my house of prayer: their burnt offerings and their sacrifices shall be accepted upon mine altar; for mine house shall be called an house of prayer for all people.

There are 2 words translated "violence" in the Bible: "hamas" and "gazal".
חָמָס = "hamas" = robbery, organized crime, conspiracy, secret combinations, works of darkness
גָּ֝זַ֗ל = "gazal" = violent thievery, seized, stolen, torn away.
I like Rabbi Richman's explaination of the difference between these words:
Gazal: A bean seller goes to the city market and a thief violently steals all his beans on the way to the market.
Hamas: A bean seller goes to the city market and a group of robbers conspire together to each take one bean each from the bean seller. These robbers cannot be prosecuted because the judges will not try any individual for a crime that is less than a penny.

Men will rob men, but shall a man rob God?
Yes, yes, he will, it is written, in "tithes and offerings".
Scriptures do not lie.
Truth is a good thing to acknowledge.
People housed first with covenants and deeds that cannot be broken, buildings and such next, with the "residue" that is left.
The LORD has had written there is more than enough and to spare to do this, it is a faithless people that do not trust or believe him, nor keep his commandments which he has given them, and for this he has promised to hide his face from these leaders, and this is the truth.
You cannot hide from the truth.
Truth, cleave unto it.
The words of Jesus Christ.♡

The word used in Malachi for rob is "qaba" which means spoil, rob, defraud.

You and I both like to look to what the Jews are doing these days.
Internet search Orthodox Jews and tithing, and search how they teach 10% - 20% after tax income is to go for charitable use of the poor.
http://people.opposingviews.com/tithes- ... -4390.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
LDS do not use tithes for the poor.
God knows this of Ephraim who would be given the greater things of God's law of "All things common", "Equal in your temporal things and this not grudgingly" with not just 10% of after tax increase, but "all" your surplus is required, see Doctrine and Covenants section 42:55 ----
"And if thou obtainest more than would be for thy support, thou shat give it into my storehouse, that all things may be done according to that which I have said."
And if you have read offerings in the storehouse are first for stewardships, with covenants and deeds that cannot be broken imparted unto the poor.
Look at the warning given in 104:11-18, you don't do as the LORD has said, imparting unto the poor and needy, according to the "law" of the gospel, then with the wicked, these shall lift up their eyes in hell, being in torment.
Read The Book of Enoch the Prophet, of his writing of the latter days and of the shepherds and blind sheep, that are both judged, found guilty, and thrust into the firey abyss.
Look at the warning in 3rd Nephi 16:10-15.
There is reason to sound the alarm, as Jesus Christ has said to do.♡
