No more than most living and giving all one's surplus away. For a place to live, put 3% down on that, but share the expense with other family members, my share of mortgage including taxes is $235.00 and utlities is $60.00, used vehilcles are paid for, so my only other expense is food, phone and insurance, the rest goes to help others, where I can. Fairly simple. ♡

My wife and I are on our second sundown of a 40 day pre-fast of not a total fast from water and food but are doing something our daughter is doing of 2 tablespoons of lemonade, 2 of maple syrup, 1/8 teaspoon of cayenne pepper, 6-8 times a day. Then there will be just 10 days + - before getting ready for what I hope to be a total fast, and praying starting at sundown on Atonement for 10 day, fasting and praying, for the world and the church, that a return to keep the fullness might be sought by the heads of Jacob, of the House of Ephraim, between the Day of Atonement and October General Conference. ♡

Have faith, works the works of repentance, and cry repentance unto the people, so that even as it is written of the people of Melchizedek, in the book of Alma chapter 13 in verse 19-------

"And behold they did repent"

Comes to pass.

Yes, his people had waxed strong in iniquity and abomination, had gone astray, full of wickedness-------

But as it is written-------

"And behold they did repent"

What's going to happen in two months?

A collection of events that are types and shadows of the things of God, related to the house of Israel, a Shemitah year, a Jubilee, and Day of Atonement, coupled with a never before seen super harvest blood red moon, unprecedented, during the Feast of Tabernacles, in all of the previous TETRADS and never will be seen again of the like combined for a one followed by 139 consecutive zeros. That's a long time.♡

I would think a sure sign for all of the House of Israel to get ready to meet the bridegroom, and soon. ♡

Is anything noticeable supposed to happen in September? I'm just not feeling it. Maybe in October the stock market will take a correction, but not a 'run for your bunker' kind. Maybe the Lord thinks I'm prepared so there's no need to worry about it. I'm just not getting the September vibe that others are. And I get revelation, had a big one last week that prompted an action. It all turned out fine. I'm just not buying into the September events people are predicting. That's why I ask what's supposed to happen. A collapse? A plague? A massive earthquake? A sign in the heavens? An attack? A 9/11 type event?
What's your thoughts?

Look and see, 5775 will finish in the harvest season and the start of the New Year, 5776.

Special because of all things happening, with Shemita year, a Jubilee year, and a super harvest moon during "The Feast of Tabernacles". ♡

Again it is up to the Corporation Sole, if tithes will begin to be used, for the poor or not, to begin to impart covenants and deeds, into the hands of the poor, as God has commanded, that is the truth, it is his decision. ♡

This is what God commanded regarding tithing-
1 Verily, thus saith the Lord, I require all their surplus property to be put into the hands of the bishop of my church in Zion,

2 For the building of mine house, and for the laying of the foundation of Zion and for the priesthood, and for the debts of the Presidency of my Church.

3 And this shall be the beginning of the tithing of my people.

In other revelations to Joseph the Lord was specific in that tithing was to be used for building the Kingdom, for purchasing properties, for maintaining them, for building Temples and even for building for profit businesses.
That's tithing. Offerings, that's for humanitarian purposes. So says the revelations given to Joseph Smith.

It's interesting that the Lord said in section 119 that those who do NOT pay tithing to the bishop (He was specific) have no place among those in Zion. But that's a different topic that Obrien and Lizzy might want to delve into on another thread.

But anywho, the corporate sole as you refer to it as is already following the commandment regarding tithing. Maybe plead with God that He will change the commandment. Until then, you're yapping up the wrong tree.

You omitted the "law" of section 42 entirely. Of what was to be taken care of first, with your substance, and your "more than that needed for your support", for the storehouse, that all things may be done according to that which the Lord has said, first the poor, for covenants and deeds that cannot be broken, sufficient for their support, then the "residue", for again, first administration to the poor and needy, then purchasing lands for the public benefit of the church, and building houses of worship.

Which law came before Section 119 of the year 1838, which you used, on February 9, 1831, while section 119, dealt with what was to be done after the poor "all" had covenants and deeds that could not be broken, sufficient for their support, that their would be "no" poor among you, for later, on July 8, 1838, Section 119, was given.

Let's look upon what else was omitted of the weightier matters of the "law" and of the very "foundation" of God's true church before July 8, 1838:

Revelation given through Joseph Smith, Section 70, for the very "foundation" of this church in November 1831----

Where it is repeated again, in verse 7, "Nevertheless, inasmuch as they receive more than is needful for their necessities and their wants, it shall be given into my storehouse.

Verse 10.

And behold, none are exempt from this law who belong to the church of the living God-----

---- in your temporal things you shall be equal, and this not grudgingly, otherwise the abundance of the manifestations of the Spirit shall be withheld.
Now this commandment I give unto my servants for their benefit while they remain, for a manifestation of my blessings upon their heads, and for a reward of their diligence and for their security;
For food and for raiment; for an inheritance; for houses and lands, in whatsoever circumstances I, the Lord, shall place them, and whithersoever I, the Lord, shall send them.

So now you have both the "law" and the instruction on the "foundation" saying basically as with the law of Moses, that the firstfruits of your offering of your substance and your surplus is to be for the poor and needy, to become equal in your temporal things, for houses and lands, food and raiment, and that "none" are exempt from this.

As a reminder in Section 104, to the members on April 23, 1834, the Lord warns the members once again of their duty to the poor---

"And it is my purpose to provide for my saints, for all things are mine. (The warning of the blowing of the ram's horn, in the year of Jubilee, that all things are the Lord's)
But it must be done in mine own way, that I, the Lord, have decreed to provide for my saints, that the poor shall be exalted, in that the rich are made low,
For the earth is full, and there is enough and to spare; yea, I prepared all things, and have given unto the children of men to be agents unto themselves.
Therefore, if any man shall take of the abundance which I have made, and impart not his portion, according to the law of my gospel, unto the poor and the needy, he shall, with the wicked, lift up his eyes in hell being in torment."

So now years later after all have been instructed and have become equal in their temporal things, according to the "law" and the "foundation" "all" the surplus in 1838 of Section 119 was to then go for buildings, and for the priesthood, and the debts of the Presidency of my church. Plus after those having already having homes and lands, food and raiment, equal in their temporal things, tithed of all their surplus are to be tithed one-tenth of all their interest annually.

So the law and foundation is all your surplus plus a tithe, for first the poor and needy for covenants and deeds, that cannot be broken, sufficient for their wants and needs, and the residue, for buildings and lands, the priesthood, and the debts, of the Presidency of my Church, the Lord has had written.

There is no greater debt, of the Presidency of God's church than the care of the poor and needy the Lord has made perfectly clear if one is to "look" and "live".

To omit these weightier matters of the "law" and not set up the very "foundation" is a recipe for destruction to fall upon "all" of this House of Ephraim, save the few, who are the humble followers of Christ.

So it has been written, "few there will be", and so it is, who hearken unto the voice of God.

The Spirit of Truth, manifests truth.

Is the Spirit of Truth within you?

Good to have this, acknowledge this which has been done, written in the book of Hosea, that Ephraim, after receiving the greater things of his "law" was to willingly walk away, and go far from it, going a whoring after Babylon, and setting up idols.

These things all must needs be that the scriptures are fullfilled every whit.

Understand why when I saw what was written in The Book of Enoch the Prophet, that the twelve and seventy shepherds would be commanded to destroy all the blind sheep, but destroy more than he commands them, I became sick to my stomach, seeing that they both, the shepherds and the sheep, would be judged, found guilty and thrust, into the fiery abyss.

I gave up, because I saw the new wine of revelation had been cut off, and I ripvanwinkleized myself away for 20+ years.

But, on the Day of Atonement, 2012, I see it written to awaken, from this slumber, atone, and to weep and howl and to sound the alarm. Such I do.♡

The day of Atonement comes again September 22, 2015.♡

Good if your a member of the house of Israel to prepare for this day soon to come. ♡

I am doing with my wife a pre-fast of water, lemon juice, maple syrup, and cayenne pepper, which is heavy in nutrients, and sundown this evening, will be completion of our 10th day, we have lost 13 pounds each, which we needed to do anyways. We will continue this for 40 days total, then take a 10 day break before a total fast and praying, starting at sundown on September 22, the Day of Atonement. ♡

The High Holy Day for "all" of Israel soon approaches of "Atonement".

Good to prepare your hearts to be fully broken and contrite, for all wrongs done, and ready to fast and pray in all sincerity, for forgiveness, repenting and promising to atone for such, thereafter, the remainder of your days upon this earth.♡

Prepare yourselves for this coming day of Atonement, and get your hearts ready to return to keep "all" the commandments of God, giving and distributing homes and land to all the poor members of the church, by order of God, as is in Joshua 1:6 and D&C 42:30 and reminded of this duty to God to keep this law in the beginning of Section 105 of imparting unto the poor.

It is wisdom to so do. ♡

Atonement completed at sundown, September 22-23, Jubilee starts sundown September 23 with the New Year to be proclaimed by a loud blowing of the shofar horn throughout the land, proclaiming liberty unto all the inhabitants of the land that a Jubilee is at hand for you. That all things of this earth belong to God alone, and especially the land, to be distributed equally among men, leased as it were by him, to all that wished to cultivate it, for the land is mine the Lord has said, returned to be imparted out, equally to all men. And every man indebted or imprisoned for his non payment of debts is to be released of all this indebtedness, and restored unto his family, in this year of Jubilee. Types and shadows of the doings of God.

Who obeys the word and will of the Lord for Israel, to be gathered up as the chosen wheat and fruit proven delightful and equal and as one?

Who sees to it that equal distribution of what is the Lord's is imparted and distributed as he has commanded unto the poor of his people as if they were the Lord himself?

The Lord sees the hearts and desires and works of all the inhabitants of this earth and knows who is righteous and just and who is not.

Good to be at work doing the things he has said to do and be like when he comes. ♡

The land and everything upon it is the Lords.

He has commanded that these things be shared equally among his children.

Over and over his children corrupt this and do not abide by this law.

He asks that they repent of this and atone for this on certain times or he will, plough up the vineyard and start over.

Good to repent of this and atone and set his house and his vineyard in order if you are a leader placed in charge of his children to see this sharing and caring is done equally. ♡

All these days symbolize a return to God to distribute back out to his poor and release them from debt.

It will be interesting to see, if God moves the people's hearts as well.

Or, if he waits to see who hearkens unto his will. ♡

These days are upon us all even now. ♡

A wonderful time for all of us to atone, and return to keep the fullness of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, born a Jew, who set up these laws before he came, with Moses, who upon return will keep the Feast of Tabernacles as testified of in the Old Testament, with the House of Judah and Joseph joined together as one. ♡

A return to keep the United Order and the law of God unto the church would be a good thing to do this coming October General Conference.

Ask your Stake Presidents to put in this request to the General Authorities through all your friends in the church, and students at BYU and watch what happens.♡

Returning to God, amending your ways by repenting and atoning, forgiving others of their debts to you, and helping set the poor free of poverty, with land and homes, food and raiment is what these days are all about, seek to see and help establish these paths to dwell in.♡
