Yes---
"Unto this people shalt thou divide for an inheritance the land, which I sware unto their fathers to give them."
(Joshua 1:6)
How?
"With a covenant and a deed which cannot be broken."
(D&C 42:30)
How much?
"Amply supplied"
(D&C 42:33)
Why?
"For as much as ye do it unto the least of these, ye do it unto me."
(D&C 42:38)
And if you end up with more than you need, then what?
"And if thou obtainest more than that which would be for thy support, thou shall give it into my storehouse, that all things may be done according to that which I have said."
(D&C 42:55)
For first what again?
"Remember the poor, and consecrate of thy properties for their support that which thou hast to impart unto them, with a covenant and a deed which cannot be broken."
(D&C 42:30)
And as there will be more than enough and to spare, what is to be done with the residue?
"Therefore the residue shall be kept in my storehouse, to administer to the poor and the needy"
D&C 42:34
"And for the purpose of purchasing lands for the public benefit of the church, and building houses of worship"
(D&C 42:35)
What is this purpose?
"And it is my purpose to provide for my saints, for all things are mine."
(D&C 104:15)
Are you sure there is enough?
"For the earth is full, and there is more than enough and to spare"
(D&C 104:17)
And what if this is not done?
"Therefore, if any man shall take of the abundance which I have made, and impart not his portion, according to the law of my gospel, unto the poor and the needy, he shall , with the wicked, lift up his eyes in hell, being in torment."
(D&C 104:18)
Good to divide for an inheritance in the land, with a covenant and a deed that cannot be broken, and impart unto the poor and the needy, as if they were Jesus Christ himself, for as this is done for them, it is done for him.
House of Ephraim, did you get the message, of the birthright, calling and election, and honor given unto you, to establish this in the land of promise?
Good to take a look into the book called the "One Stick", and read of these things given testament of from the Stick of Judah, the Stick of Joseph, and the Stick of Ephraim, joined into "One Stick", and be confounded no more, on how you are to treat the poor, and the needy among you.
For none are exempt from this law who belong to the church of the living God---
"In your temporal things you shall be equal, and this not grudgingly, otherwise the abundance of the manifestations of the Spirit shall be withheld."
(D&C 70:14)
Yes---
"For food and for raiment; and for an inheritance; for houses and for lands, in whatsoever circumstances I, the Lord, shall place them, and whithersoever I, the Lord, shall send them."
(D&C 70:16)
Good to help fulfill the will of God.
