Endowment video question?

Post by FSM »

Hi everyone,
I just seem the new endowment video and wow seeing it has restored my soul. I now have more faith than in the past. Does anyone know where the outdoor scene was shot at? It was beautiful and I want to go there.

Cool FSM! So there are four videos in circulation right now so you'll have to give us some clues about which one you saw. How would you describe the serpent?

a) A grey-haired powerhouse
b) A sniveling little wormtongue
c) Young smarmy Vivint salesman
d) Bald guy who's never taken an acting class

I'm pretty sure the Telestial Kingdom shown in that video is Arizona. Looked just like home. (Actually it's probably Southern Utah, but we can pretend).

I think much of the garden stuff was CGI so it's hard to say for sure where it was all shot. I don't remember the other parts from that one.

I think I remember seeing 2 other ones in the past. But this one was indescribable. Thank you TannerG.

I've seen the sniveling little wormtongue and the bald guy who seemed like a serial killer.

Wait Grima Wormtongue is in that video?

Now I got an idea what goes on in it... never bothered to seek it out... sounds interesting, Grima, a bald man

I think they offer different versions so you don't get bored with the same actors everytime you attend a session. I like the one with a very subtle approach to things as well as the one who is like the used car salesman.

The wormtongue (how appropriate) is my favorite also. Adam and Eve sow great depth of character. That is called film B. Oldest is film A. Smarmy is C and bails is D. They switch around. They all have a slightly different perspective and different things can be gleaned from each one.

Are those all newer versions? Or are any of the old ones still in circulation?

It is true that we covenant to keep certain things sacred and not discuss them, but the Temple and the endowment session are also sacred, and no one should discuss specific details like this. Sorry to be a fuddy duddy. Feel free to ridicule me for feeling this way.
