As and older brother who cares about this House of Ephraim, and invited guests, I would recommend that you become good friends and as family with the Jewish people who live in your community.

The time soon will come when you will need to be as one as the Messiah comes to be with them as promised.

Such it is written in the Scriptures written of Ezekiel 37:15-23.

Good to become friends and family with them as soon as you can, if not already.

Remember there is a warning as a type and a shadow of the 10 tribes of Israel that left with Ephraim in the book of Amos 6:9 "And it shall come to pass, if there remain 10 men in one house, that they shall die."

Good to ponder upon these things and of the branches broken off and to be grafted back into the Mother tree.

And remember always were it not for Judah who pleaded with the brothers not to kill Joseph but to sell him instead, Joseph would have been dead.

So the life of Joseph is owed to his older brother who saved him from death and he should be eternally grateful.

Be one happy family of God.

For so it has been written, and so it shall be done.

Might as well get started, if you have not already, the sooner the better. ♡ ♡

I can see the initial appeal to conversion. However, I really have to ask myself is I feel good about infringement on other cultures. I'm of part Jewish decent myself and I can tell you there is a fear of loss culture to conversion. Example: Dome native American spiritual beliefs have become extinct because of conversion.

Look deeply at the Scriptures written.

When the Savior returns to rule the Feast of Tabernacles shall be kept as is written in the book of Zechariah.

Why just Jews? Saving a seat in heaven?
Preach unification, practice discrimination?

For so long, I've sympathized with Jews, especially because of the hollocaust horror.
And I still do, but I realize again - nothing's black or white, but more complex.
Jews are considered to have climbed to the top to be among the most influential in the US.
Until about 1987, it was legal for Jews to advertise and only hire other Jews. They have a big hand in financing liberal presidential candidates, government law and interpretation as well as media.

Of course not all Jews support liberal ideogies. Most who take Judaism seriously don't believe in abortion etc.

Personally, I believe "God is no respector of persons" because God is unconditional pure love.

This elitism is something both we as LDS have been taught, as well as Jews.
It reminds me of a story I heard of how it may be after this life...

A guide was taking a group of new arrivals on a tour around heaven. They came to various religious places and saw different types of worship. The group would freely ask questions or comment, until they came to another area. The guide quited the group down and said, "Now, for the next little while, everyone be quiet." Soon they passed on and the guide began talking again. One from the group asked, "Why did you ask us to be quiet back there?" The guide replied, "That was the Mormons (or Jews) they think they're the only ones here."

It has to do with promises made to the fathers and to certain blessings given of God.

Why are some born in the Houses they are?

You and I can't see beyond the veil to the workings on the other side, it may have much to do with recompense.

But promises have been given and shall be fullfilled every whit as has been written.

Great promises have been given to Israel and his decendants of Judah and Joseph and Joseph's sons Ephraim and Manasseh.

But each get their own turn for certain blessings.

And if you are of Joseph through Ephraim this you should know and remember, if not for Judah, Joseph would have been dead for the anger of the other brothers at the favor that Jacob showed Joseph.

And Leah the not so favored wife was promised things as well because of Jacob favor of Rachel.

Ephraim must join with Judah both forsaking idols and detestable things and their sins, and they both are to serve God as one nation under him. (See Ezekiel 37:15-23). ♡ ♡
