Doctrine & Covenants 42
1 Hearken, O ye elders of my church, who have assembled yourselves together in my name, even Jesus Christ the Son of the living God, the Savior of the world; inasmuch as ye believe on my name and keep my commandments.

2 Again I say unto you, hearken and hear and obey the law which I shall give unto you.

3 For verily I say, as ye have assembled yourselves together according to the commandment wherewith I commanded you, and are agreed as touching this one thing, and have asked the Father in my name, even so ye shall receive.

39...for I will consecrate of the riches of those who embrace my gospel among the Gentiles unto the poor of my people who are of the house of Israel.
I 'see' a difference between Doctrine & Covenants 42 and in Acts 4.

In Doctrine & Covenants 42, The LORD speaks to 'ye elders of the church' who have assembled in His name, are 'keeping His commandments, and are asking for & willing to obey His higher LAW.

In verse 39, The LORD identifies those who embrace my gospel among the Gentiles as being the SOURCE of riches HE will consecrate unto the poor of my people who are of the house of Israel.

In Acts 4, those who are converted and sanctified by the Holy Ghost spake the word of God with boldness, were of one heart and one soul, laying down their riches at the apostles’ feet WITHOUT being commanded to do so by The LORD...

Not only that," with great power [the multitude of them that believed] gave the apostles witness of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus".
Acts 4
32 And the multitude of them that believed were of one heart and of one soul: neither said any of them that ought of the things which he possessed was his own; but they had all things common.

33 And with great power gave the apostles witness of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus: and great grace was upon them all.
The Converts in Christ found in Acts 4 are Covenant Israel.

I believe the 'Restored Church' as we now know it, is the Gentile church. We are 'provisionally accepted' based upon our WORKS.

Best not to be overly confident in The LORD's sight!

Why haven't the Twelve and Seventy Shepherds endorsed this Book of Enoch the Prophet?

I don't know of any that would come right out and say -

"Yes it is true we are going to destroy you".

So you are on your own to awaken as Enoch has foretold thousands of years ago and trust in Joseph Smith. ♡ :)

It is up to you to decide. ♡ :)

And again you must trust in Joseph Smith that Moroni testified to him all night and came back during the day to repeat the same exact message 4 times about the time would soon come that all must hearken unto the Prophet Jesus Christ or be destroyed.

And that the words of the prophet Joel were not exactly just yet, but soon to be upon us all. ♡ :)

Yes, the day of the Lord is near, in the valley of decision.

The sun and the moon shall be darkened, and the heavens and the earth shall shake.

But the Lord will be the hope of his people, and the strength of the children of Israel. ♡ :)

Good to hear and see and know all of the things, and each and every single commandment of God, and to keep each and every single one of them perfectly. ♡ :)

The Book of Enoch (also 1 Enoch;[1] Ge'ez: መጽሐፈ ሄኖክ mäts'hafä henok) is an ancient Jewish religious work, ascribed by tradition to Enoch, the great-grandfather of Noah, although modern scholars estimate the older sections (mainly in the Book of the Watchers) to date from about 300 BC, and the latest part (Book of Parables) probably to the end of the first century BC.[2]

It is not part of the biblical canon as used by Jews, apart from Beta Israel. Most Christian denominations and traditions may accept the Books of Enoch as having some historical or theological interest or significance, but they generally regard the Books of Enoch as non-canonical or non-inspired.[3] It is regarded as canonical by the Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church and Eritrean Orthodox Tewahedo Church, but not by any other Christian group.

It is wholly extant only in the Ge'ez language, with Aramaic fragments from the Dead Sea Scrolls and a few Greek and Latin fragments. For this and other reasons, the traditional Ethiopian belief is that the original language of the work was Ge'ez, whereas non-Ethiopian scholars tend to assert that it was first written in either Aramaic or Hebrew; E. Isaac suggests that the Book of Enoch, like the Book of Daniel, was composed partially in Aramaic and partially in Hebrew.[4]:6 No Hebrew version is known to have survived. The book itself claims to be written by Enoch himself before the Biblical Flood.

The authors of the New Testament were familiar with the content of the story and influenced by it:[5] a short section of 1 Enoch (1 En 1:9 or 1 En 2:1 depending on the translation) is quoted in the New Testament (Letter of Jude 1:14–15), and is attributed there to "Enoch the Seventh from Adam" (1 En 60:8). The text was also utilised by the community that originally collected the Dead Sea Scrolls.

I have dilligently read the books of Enoch the Prophet and of the Secrets of Enoch and many of the lost books of the Bible and Sacred Books of the east.

Again of The Book of Enoch the Prophet found in Ethiopia by the Scottish Explorer James Bruce in 1773 and translated into English many years later and into print out of London in 1883 after Joseph Smith testified that it would soon be, soon after he was killed on June 27, 1844 I believe has the truth notwithstanding what any man on this earth may tell you.

Read it and pray about it yourself many, many, many times searching for the spirit of God.

I testify that you will find it. ♡ :)
