I am against gay marriage.

I do not consider procreation a legal right. I do consider procreation a natural right and therefore not eligible for denial or revocation from government laws.

Speaking of "procreative rights" was the Buck Decision in which Oliver Wendell Holmes wrote that the government had the right and obligation to prevent the births of genetically defective children ever overturned?
