I think lots of things in this world are discovered and not invented. So those who discover these things are either inspired, lucky or paid off by hard work or something else etc.

For example I don't think money was invented but discovered. Same with cars and planes and computers etc.

I know I may be seemingly vague with what I'm saying but this is the short version so to speak

Bummer. Hope you feel better soon. Watch the cartoon first. The movie is better, more detailed, but it's also dry. Still, it's very well done and really puts world history into perspective.
