Where can I find Zion-minded fellowships?

My parents were both converts, and I am BIC, and sealed in the temple. I have had a number of experiences starting when I was only six years old that let me know that the Lord is real, immensely cares about each of us, and has a great plan that we only know a small part about.
Ever since early-morning seminary when I really dug into God's word, I have seen a growing divide from what the scriptures teach and how the church is governed and administered. I am sad to see that instructions from the Lord are rarely followed, and few people care. I started reading Denver Snuffer's blog three years ago, and find he shares many of my sentiments. I recently finished reading through his lecture transcripts. I am interested in finding (or forming) a Zion-minded fellowship like he describes in my area near Seattle. Where do I begin? I do enjoy my membership in the LDS church, and I am in a good position to positively influence others there. I am not looking to leave.
