It would also be helpful to have her full name or names she uses, date of birth and any other such information like that and I am sure the police will want such information as well. In our modern connected world it is all but impossible to hide for too long. I would however point out that if someone want to disappear it is both possible and legal for them to do so, it's just not very easy.
