This cover of an old jazz classic is by far my favourite.

A gentle, bittersweet song about clouds, sung in French. The singer is Susie Arioli from Montreal and she has the sweetest voice. Susie and the band create a very dreamlike atmosphere and you will truly be transported upwards towards the clouds as you close your eyes and enjoy, Nuages.

When I was a child I would often have these bizarre experiences where I would find myself in between sleep and wakefulness. They would always start with a swirling sound that was felt as much as it was heard. I was semi-awake and could not move but was not frightened. As much as I tried to keep the experience going, I would always either wake up or start dreaming. The experiences continued into adulthood and now I rarely get them, but I wish I still did. This song, if you can call it that, comes very close to those experiences. The group is H.P. Lovecraft and they recorded this unique gem in 1968.

Put the headphones on, close your eyes and dream.

Ole Dammegard & Mo Anton - Wake Up (From Prison To Paradise)

Brought tears to my eyes. That is personal revelation for Toto. Woke up in November of 1999. Toto is blessed with abundance.

Love you all.

mo anton
the song Wake Up by Truth Seeker, Code Breaker and Peace Maker Ole Dammegard and acclaimed singer and musician Mo Anton was released very recently, it has already been called 'Best song of the decade - and maybe even the most important one'. Another comment has been: ‘Wake Up is destined to become the Global Peace Song, the one that will unite the masses and help us regain our Freedom'. Please watch & then, if you love it... share it, share it, air it and be a living part of making it spread like a wild fire around the world, igniting the souls of millions. We are all in this together, and we are the ones we have waited for. So now the time has come to WAKE UP and Celebrate Life!!!

In a repentant moment and wanting desperately to have things work out between the the love of his life snd him—this song came to him in a flash—filling his soul with peace and the rejuvenation that comes through an increase measure of the Holy Ghost—-in this case through the inspiration of the HG love and solace and hope wrapped in the thought of his wife Annie…

…”Denver once revealed that “Annie’s Song” was one of the fastest songs he has ever written, composing it in about ten minutes while riding on a ski lift in Aspen, Colorado. During the ride, he reflected on all the joy he found in his marriage and his relief that they were back together.
“Suddenly, I’m hypersensitive to how beautiful everything is,” Denver wrote. “All of these things filled up my senses, and when I said this to myself, unbidden images came one after the other. All of the pictures merged, and I was left with Annie. That song was the embodiment of the love I felt at that time.”

“Annie has also recalled the day Denver wrote the song. “It was written after John and I had gone through a pretty intense time together, and things were pretty good for us,” Annie said. He left to go skiing, and he got on the Ajax chair on Aspen mountain, and the song just came to him. He skied down and came home and wrote it down… Initially, it was a love song, and it was given to me through him, and yet for him, it became a bit like a prayer”
