My point in introducing "Reynold's Law" into your discussion was to draw attention to failings in human nature with respect to both giving and receiving something for nothing. That's why the Church's Welfare Program emphasizes programs built around "providing in the Lord's way" where, as President J. Reuben Clark has said, “The real long-term objective of the welfare plan is the building of character in the members of the Church, givers and receivers, rescuing all that is finest down deep inside of them, and bringing to flower and fruitage the latent richness of the spirit, which after all is the mission and purpose and reason for being of this Church.”
Giving homes to the homeless helps no one. After short-term necessities are met, bringing people to Christ through the teachings of the restored gospel eventually leads to greater self-reliance, self-respect and eternal joy.

No one except Jezebel ever contacted me saying they would look into speaking with Senator Orrin Hatch of Utah is there not anyone else who can join and help in this cause of seeking to establish the ordinances of justice in the tax code?

That a poor individual or family should not be penalized for receiving a gift of a home nor the rich individual penalized for giving the homes away to the poor and needy of this nation under God as especially since he has commanded that such be done. And that even a tax deduction should be given to the rich to encourage them to give even more and more each year if possible. ♡ ♡

I truly hope this is brought to light with Mitt Romney being as he has come out and said he wants to eliminate poverty.

The tax code needs to be changed to allow the "Ordinances of Justice" to be laid out to where the wealthy who own many homes especially if they are vacant would be able to just give poor and needy people homes and not be penalized as they would be currently and the poor and needy people just given these homes, to giving a tax deduction for this and zero tax penalties for the poor and needy for receiving this gift.

If I wanted to just give homes to the poor in my ward I cannot direct the church to give them these homes as they are only set up to collect and keep them and if I give directly both the poor and I can be subject to tax penalties.

So I can understand why there might be 18,600,000 vacant homes in America because of the tax code currently in place that punishment is given if just given away to the poor and needy.

Mitt Romney could help change the tax code with Senator Orrin Hatch and Senator Ron Wyden who is willing to work together with them on tax code changes that make sense.

I hope this happens that the church or I could just give poor Saints homes sufficient for the support of their families without any tax penalties. ♡ ♡

If not it is written in Micah chapter 3 what shall happen to this land for this perversion of equity by the heads of Jacob and princes of the house of Israel, yes, this land is to be plowed as a field.

Now it has been before when the Nephites and Lamanites had this land ripped apart and whirlwinds of fury and whole cities falling deep into the ocean and others being covered with dirt as is testified of in 3rd Nephi in what is known as chapters 8 and 9.

Can we not get ourselves to be spared a little bit longer of that foretold in 2nd Nephi chapter 27:1-2?

"But, behold, in the last days, or in the days of the Gentiles--yea, behold all the nations of the Gentiles and also the Jews, both those who shall come upon this land and those who shall be upon other lands, yea, even upon all the lands of the earth, behold, they will be drunken with iniquity and all manner of abominations--"

"And when that day shall come they shall be visited of the Lord of Hosts, with thunder and with earthquake, and with a great noise, and with storm, and with tempest, and with the flame of devouring fire."

There is so many testifying of such as being thrust into the fiery abyss spoken of by Enoch, and Micah of being plowed as a field and Jerusalem shall become as heaps and many other worrisome testaments that who knows if the great "if" written and commanded of Jesus Christ of the very Eternal Father which is in Heaven to say "if" we would, after rejecting the celestial fullness of his gospel return to keep it, then there would not be a need to be cast out, good for nothing, as salt that had lost its savor.

Current codes penalize and should be changed so there would never be this many vacant homes, just sitting there, because tax laws discouraged giving some of these to the poor and needy among us, here in America, the promised land of God. ♡ ♡

Like to hear Mitt Romney's thoughts on amending the tax code, and working with Senator Ron Wyden who is a Jew, and Senator Orrin Hatch who is also of Ephraim, like Mitt Romney is, and all of them worked together to get these changes passed and suddenly homes started being just given to families to where millions of these vacant homes got filled up with grateful Americans ready to help others be blessed as well.

This is not an impossible dream as one might imagine as Senator Orrin Hatch a Republican and Senator Ron Wyden a Democrat, have been known to work together to get things passed in Congress.

And also the housing projects that are rented to the poor, convert them into condos with individual titles to each unit and give equity for each month of the poor living in these units instead of not one single penny even after 30-50 years or even all their lives living and renting in these units.

Gradually the poorest of the citizens could have their burdens and yokes of abject poverty lifted off their backs.

There are endless ways to figure out how to get equity into the hand of the poor so that over time they will be poor no more if desired by following the precepts of God.

Maybe they could allow a huge deduction for giving these homes away under a "Bill" like the ones in the 1860s where instead of 160 acres of land, people could register to make a claim in their states for vacant homes, have starting points to register and line up from given maps to these homes then let them go and make claims until every home was claimed by needy adults 21 years of age and up, who could prove by filed taxes for at least 3 years that they were needy. ♡ ♡

Any on welfare for extended periods of time could be able to claim as well covenanting to leave the welfare rolls for good.

Could save the country money in the long run if set up with employment help as well. ♡ ♡
