Hey Freedom Forum!

I've been posting for a couple weeks, but never officially introduced myself here. I'm an active member of the LDS church living in the great valley of Salt Lake with my wife and young kids. I've been a lurker for several years, but have now decided to join in on the conversation. My favorite movie is Braveheart, I love to learn, and I'm not easily offended. The real reason I'm here is to try and fill myself with more intelligence, light, and truth. So if you know of any threads full of light and truth, please direct me to them.

Braveheart rocks!

My favorite movie is The Big Lebowski. But welcome anyway.

While I love braveheart, the historical portrayals are very suspect.

Robert the Bruce was perhaps the greatest king Scotland ever had and was certainly not the indecisive dolt shown in the movie.

The story line was evidently written by someone from the Wallace clan

That said, I'm glad to hear from you and look forward to hearing more.

I loved Braveheart! The movie is highly inaccurate, but highly enjoyable. Welcome to this crazy place!
